Some are up until 2,3 or 4 in the morning with I'm guessing small children who make a LOT of noise throughout the night. Very inconsiderate people. Paper thin walls. Upstairs neighbors sound like they are remodeling, running from something or holding Olympic events. I would not recommend this apartment complex if you need your sleep. Especially if you are under another apartment. Parking lot is small and some people couldn't park a vehicle between two painted lines if their lives depended on it. Been waiting on someone to just look at garbage disposal that hasn't worked since moving in.

We had a landlord that did not tell anybody he was leaving and when the new owners came in, they were like "what 600 dollar security deposit??" They seriously had no clue and I can't blame them for that. Long story short, there is this neighbor, we will call her "Judy"! Some of these neighbors don't pick up after their dogs and my appointment was the only one out of that whole place that provided a shovel and a 5 gallon bucket to pick up after my dog. Nearly a month ago, "Judy" has taken one of my nieces toy shovels, scooped it up into her bike stroller. My niece was just recently diagnosed with autism and that is the only bike stroller we had, they aren't cheap.. Now back to the major problem. She has been harassing us with writing letters about how each pile of dog crap is such X amount of money. First off, that's not that point of the matter, the main point is she is claiming she is Minot management, she writes that in the notes every week. I would actually LOVE to know if she really does work with y'all, if not, this is fraud, and we do not appreciate this kind of behavior from someone who also rents from these people. Do not rent from here until you absolutely talk to minot managment!

Waited 3 weeks for a response, never got one went ahead and fixed the problem myself. IMM is terrible. If you're here because of the airbase and are looking for housing in town. Don't be bothered with this place or anything IMM runs. They match your BAH and pull you into their renters insurance policy even if you have a third party insurance. Better to stay on base or as before not choose IMM. It will be pretty hard since they have everything under their sticky hands here in minot.

Overpriced and poor maintenance to boot owner never comes over to check on the property but 2 times a year to mow the garage is a death trap. Put in numerous work orders and were completely ignored. Management just basically laughed it off. Pipes are backing up and again nothing done very disappointed in this company no respect for tenants at all.
