Because he did no work, he kindly stated he was not charging me a fee to simply close my garage. I had offered to pay however he decline. I expressed my gratitude and told we would be calling him back after I spoke to my husband. Approximately an hour later I received a call from Shay who asked for my credit card information to start the purchase of the door. I informed him the same that we would be contacting them later if we were to be buying the door. He said no problem. About 2 hours later I was called by Shay. He also called and asked for my credit card information to complete the purchase. I'm confused and told him I've explained this to two other of his employees. His tone changed and demanded his service fee. I explained that his technician Mike did not charge me a fee as he just closed my door. He cut me off and in a threatening tone told me that the call was being recorded and accused me of lying about not paying. Needless to say I didn't appreciate his aggressive tactics nor his threatening tone. He made excuses saying Mike was new to the company and he spoke to my husband and he knew we were required to pay. I told him I would have my husband call him as soon as he got home but he kept arguing with me on the phone. I finally had to hang up. My husband did call him back and told him that he didn't appreciate the tone or business methods he had utilized with me. As I heard the entire conversation on the phone. Shay then proceeded to tell my husband a completely fabricated story about how I wasn't ready to pay by check (who pays by check anymore?). At this point I got in the speaker phone and expressed my anger that he was lying. He continues to cut me off and argue. My husband informed him that we were willing to pay the fee but would be doing business with another company. Would you believe Shay had the audacity to beg us to allow another technician to come out and give us an estimate to repair the door? He never apologized once for his bullying tactics to myself or to my husband. DO NOT use this company!! They have no integrity and make threats on the phone. Shay should also keep in mind that his threats to me were also recorded as he so kindly liked to tell me. It turns out we didn't need a new garage door and it was repaired for 60% less than what they wanted for a new door. Ridiculous!! I hope this helps someone think twice about using them.

The entire crew worked hard, did great-quality work, and cleaned up after themselves every single day. The finished product looks incredible. We decided to go with stucco because our cedar siding was becoming a real headache. What was supposed to be a 10-year paint job barely lasted three or four years, and we were also dealing with American Flickers drilling holes and nesting in the siding. We had the stucco applied right over the cedar, and it looks beautiful, we're confident it will last a lifetime and finally keep the birds out! He confirmed the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the new installation would be brought up to code.
