Definitely appreciated the responsiveness and the tone of the company. Not a high sales pitch and we asked several questions during our walk down. Matt took pictures of the interior windows we needed done and we walked the exterior property. Very happy with the value and the indoor work. We have an elderly dog and the technician was fantastic. Quiet, respectful of our property and the crazy part was our senior citizen just watched as our windows were being cleaned outside. We pointed out some extra attention that needed attention and it was so nice to have the technician address it without any attitude. These days that isn't the case. We had one window that was accidentally missed. We brought it to Matt's attention and he came out the next day and corrected. We will keep Matt and his team on our list and will definitely use again. Because he did no work, he kindly stated he was not charging me a fee to simply close my garage. I had offered to pay however he decline. I expressed my gratitude and told we would be calling him back after I spoke to my husband. Approximately an hour later I received a call from Shay who asked for my credit card information to start the purchase of the door. I informed him the same that we would be contacting them later if we were to be buying the door. He said no problem. About 2 hours later I was called by Shay. He also called and asked for my credit card information to complete the purchase. I'm confused and told him I've explained this to two other of his employees. His tone changed and demanded his service fee. I explained that his technician Mike did not charge me a fee as he just closed my door. He cut me off and in a threatening tone told me that the call was being recorded and accused me of lying about not paying. Needless to say I didn't appreciate his aggressive tactics nor his threatening tone. He made excuses saying Mike was new to the company and he spoke to my husband and he knew we were required to pay. I told him I would have my husband call him as soon as he got home but he kept arguing with me on the phone. I finally had to hang up. My husband did call him back and told him that he didn't appreciate the tone or business methods he had utilized with me. As I heard the entire conversation on the phone. Shay then proceeded to tell my husband a completely fabricated story about how I wasn't ready to pay by check (who pays by check anymore?). At this point I got in the speaker phone and expressed my anger that he was lying. He continues to cut me off and argue. My husband informed him that we were willing to pay the fee but would be doing business with another company. Would you believe Shay had the audacity to beg us to allow another technician to come out and give us an estimate to repair the door? He never apologized once for his bullying tactics to myself or to my husband. DO NOT use this company!! They have no integrity and make threats on the phone. Shay should also keep in mind that his threats to me were also recorded as he so kindly liked to tell me. It turns out we didn't need a new garage door and it was repaired for 60% less than what they wanted for a new door. Ridiculous!! I hope this helps someone think twice about using them.

He confirmed the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the new installation would be brought up to code. Kyle made several calls and was able to schedule Travis to come up Saturday for the install which was great since ALL the water to the house had to be shut OFF! Saturday morning Travis called to let me know he was on his way. Within a couple of hours the old hot water heater was pulled out (and he took it with him for disposal ) and a new Rheem hot water heater rated for my altitude was installed. Our project manager, Julian, was amazing to work with. He kept us updated every step of the way, did exactly what he said he would, and made sure the crew showed up when promised. The entire crew worked hard, did great-quality work, and cleaned up after themselves every single day. The finished product looks incredible. We decided to go with stucco because our cedar siding was becoming a real headache. What was supposed to be a 10-year paint job barely lasted three or four years, and we were also dealing with American Flickers drilling holes and nesting in the siding. We had the stucco applied right over the cedar, and it looks beautiful, we're confident it will last a lifetime and finally keep the birds out! They also handled painting the soffits and fascia, and even helped us connect with gutter pros to install new gutters. It made the whole project so easy, a true one-stop experience. She performed a move-out clean for us and I don't think that home had been so clean since the day it was built. Every room was immaculate- carpets looked nice and clean, cabinets, hardwood floors, windows, and fridge all sparkled. She had even cleaned the dirty old air vent cover in my living room, which I wouldn't have even thought of.
