Of course, all Disney Cast Members are well aware it's here because it's where they first went to get hired. You can't walk in here and put in an application for Disney. You have to apply online and if they are interested, they will send you an email to set up and interview. The interview will be conducted here. For those who are already employed by Walt Disney World and are looking to change jobs, for instance those looking to change which Park, Resort, Restaurant, etc. they already work in, or those looking to change their position such as attractions, QSR, merchandise, etc. It's also where you come if you are part-time and want to go full-time or vice-versa. I've been in the building a couple of times with hubby for various reasons and like everything else at Disney, it's very nice. Very clean! Really cool decorations everywhere!
