Great at communicating and responding quickly. Met me to pick up and drop off printer, and had it back same day. Great service!

They told me to go get a new SIM card at the store because it would otherwise take 2-3 days to ship on to me. They lied and said they wouldn't give me a SIM card but they would sell me one for $15. I went home and called tech support the next day to get one shipped. They said that it is corporate policy that they are not charging for new SIM cards... Overall: Either this location doesn't follow corporate policy or they are under trained. Either way go somewhere else!

RACIST, LIARS and PATHETIC…read more ELI and MARCUS are the worst human beings you can ever meet. My wife and I went to the store as T Mobile 800 customer service had asked us to go to this store to back up data and reset the device. When we walked in, ELI looked like he didn't want a brown person to be in the store. He outright said - " I am not going to waste my time" when we asked if we can back up the data. We even told that T Mobile technical team has left instructional documentation in my account on how to do the work. He said he doesn't want to do it and that there is no way it is possible (LIE #1). Clearly he doesn't know his job and doesn't like to help customers with a different skin color. (RACIST) 2. He said he is the manager (he is not, LIE #2). 3. He said T Mobile 800 number is a different company from T Mobile store (LIE # 3). Then I went and talked with MARCUS. He finally did log in to the account but then just called the manufacturer and handed over the phone to my wife, instead of an iota of wanting to help. When my wife asked him to send an email or give in writing that they can't help -- he said he won't. SERIOUS LACK of EMPATHY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION OF T MOBILE (unless if you want to be disrespected by unworthy employees who don't care about the customer or their job). Since ELI didn't even want to look up instructions - I can imagine that he is so totally completely INCOMPETENT.

What a sorry excuse for a store and customer service…read more I came to an "experience store" seeing as they are corporate and should be higher quality in available tools and customer service. This assumption was completely wrong. 1st, all the "help" they provide is just directly through the T-Mobile app on your own phone. I came in to see if they have coverage in the area if my business. The guy I worked with seemed to be completely clueless. We went through the app , which after inputting the address directed us to the T-Mobile business website. He scrolled around that site for a while, clearly having no idea what he was looking for. If this was all, I'd be mildly annoyed , but then he tells me "well, we can check to see if we have coverage , but we have to run your credit first". Like what? What sense does that make? The actual T-Mobile store is literally incapable of telling me if they service my area without running my credit? That's insane. I promptly left, call T-Mobile myself, and within 5 mins was told " anywhere T-Mobile has cellphone service you can bet there is internet service." And away we went. If I could rate my phone experience, it would be a 5/5. I will never step foot in this store again though. Don't waste your time
