The next day I call back to get the loan but the loan officer say that we do not qualify base on our self employed and income. Our credit is good standing so far and she keep blame it on her assistance that she is overwhelmed and is still training. Good excuse but sound not right to us. This is the second time we went to get a loan it's piss us off. I call the loan officer and have ask her all the questions why she didn't do her best job and making sure to go all over our tax return before pre-approval to us but she kept blame it to her assistance. Her assistance is on vacation oh well this lender the loan officer is bad and never apologize to me. The loan officer is bad and have good excuse blame on to her assistance and bad service.

Literally the day I gave him the money, he COMPLETELY drops off the grid. Voicemail full, no return emails, nothing. For almost a month. Only when I demanded my money back did he return a call saying he was close to closing the deal. Beyond frustrating. Never got my money back. Never closed on the deal. Sent a certified letter requesting the refund. No response. May pursue small claims but if you research, Jason is no stranger to the court system in Wisconsin. He has been sued several times. After getting an excepted offer on a commercial property, he dragged his feet for so long that the building got sold out from under me. His solution to this was for me to find a different property . I found a less ideal property for 50k more. Worked with the seller and got an excepted offer on this second property. Jason again dragged his feet for months and I lost out in a second property. After this I demanded a refund. He didn't have my money anymore and kept giving me new dates on "closings on other loans" and that he was using his commissions on those to refund me. After that, his "closing" dates kept changing. Then I stopped hearing from him. I've threatened with lawsuits and it doesnt seem to phase him. I rated this a one star because I had to mark something. He doesnt even deserve a 1 star. I'm pretty sure this was fraud from the get go.he needs to be stopped.
