I would say about 3/4 of the account interactions were not listed on my statement. Fortunately, my new bank captured the transactions. When I banked with Umpqua, I had access to my closed account to download statements for a couple of months after closure. The same with American Express. These people closed my internet access THE DAY I closed my account. I was not able to download my statements or anything else. When asked, I was told that it was "fraud prevention". What BS. Over the year that I have had an account with them, I found these people condescending and rude. Customer Service is of secondary concern to them. The March statement I received only confirms that. After interacting with them over the past year, I am sure others feel the same. Happy to be rid of Timberland. If I could give them no stars, I would.
