This review is more than great, it is excellent. This local locksmith, Mr. Lewis, was amazing!!! I wish I could give him 10 stars. He put the P in professional!!!!! I met Mr. Lewis while he was doing a job for a UPS store here in the Orlando area. I immediately was drawn to his kindness and professionalism on that job site. I took his card just in case I ever needed a locksmith. Wise move!!! It was so easy to schedule an appointment. Now Mr. Lewis's locksmith services are in high demand, so I was lucky to get an appointment so efficiently. He arrived ON TIME and wore a mask (appropriate since we are still in a pandemic and he is vaccinated...I asked, lol). He worked on my front door which has a remote, wireless, keyless, electric type of lock (called an August). My lock kept jamming due to poor construction on the initial install. Mr. Lewis completely fixed the door! The door looks and is operating better than before, and he left no trash behind. I highly recommend him. His prices are appropriate and reasonable for his level of expertise. You will be pleased. I plan to forward his information to my friends and family. What an excellent company! Despite having a full schedule, Dan was able to fit me in with an evening appointment upon hearing my door lock was broken. As a woman in the city, it gave me such peace of mind to have it fixed before nightfall. He called when he arrived and showed up with such a good attitude, it actually put me in a better mood. He was funny and professional and fixed my deadbolt quickly. He was also able to key the lock with my current key so I didn't have to make any trips to the store or give a new set to my landlord. All in all, something that was an inconvenience turned out to be a pleasant experience because of the personality of Dan. Daniel was the knight in shining armor for this damsel in distress when my entire door handle and lock rusted off in my hand, leaving my entire apartment unsecured. Within one hour, he had installed a new handle and lock and even programmed my current keys to the new lock so I didn't need to get any replacements!
