I called asking for lockout prices for a car. He clarifies that I am locked out about 3 times on the phone. Extremely condescending tone of voice the entire time. I decided to let it slide because you never know what people are going through. I gave my address and he said that he would be on his way. I put my phone down for a while and saw that he was calling me. I picked up the phone and he expressed in a curt tone that he had called me and I missed his call. He called me two minutes before that.... He then said that he was about to turn around and not come anymore. All of this because of a call that I missed 2 minutes before. The way that he was speaking to me you would think that he was outside waiting for me for about 10 minutes. I asked if he was still coming and he said yes but once again "you need to pick up the phone". I told him that I would no longer be needing his services and that he could actually just turn around. I have never been spoken to that way from someone I'm getting a service from. He then says that he's going to charge me a service fee of 65 dollars to which I said I wasn't going to pay.
