Spoke to Dustin over the phone unfortunately they are out of my area but was very kind and helped me with other service providers in my area! Tho their rates are very reasonable I just wish I was in their area! The best phone edict I have heard from a/c and heat repair persons and sympathetic to my situation! read more

One of the most important things I look for in a company is a good work ethic and 1st Service Heating and Air did not disappoint me!! All the duct work throughout the whole attic had to be replaced and brought up to code. They arrived within the time frame they gave and called if they were going to be late. Were respectful of my home (always wore booties when entering my home and, cleaned up after themselves). Very knowledgeable in HVAC repair and honest in accessing the problem, giving options of how the problem could be fixed, telling you what each option would cost and letting you decide how you wanted to proceed. I was provided with a quote that I accepted before starting and they completed the work per the quote. They were referred to me by my son who they had done work for also. I am extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend 1st Service Heating and Air. read more

After losing hundreds of dollars because my air conditioner wasn't running efficiently and trying to fix it myself for two weeks I finally got smart and called the guys at 1st Service Heating and Air. Their years of experience came shining through on this very complicated HVAC issue at my house. They showed up when they said they would and explained things that they were working on as they went along. Very honest and trustworthy. They saved me a bundle on the repair over the other guys. The guys at 1st Service came out to replace an aging HVAC unit at my house. They were very thorough and gathered more information than any other company that came out to offer a quote. 1st Service was the only company that did a heat load calculation on my house to ensure we were purchasing and installing the correct spec system for my house.
