Came asap for estimate and plan and discussion on what is wanted and what he will do to accomplish it. Oil based latex or water based ? Finish - high gloss or satin finish ? I had someone come in before Millennium and this a#% didn't know what he was doing. Talked a good talk , had nice fake pictures and gave me a reference phone number as I requested. Number didn't allow me to see anything. The pictures of the floors he claimed to do ... was not his work. I won't mention his name. Though if a pegleg handyman comes knocking. Tell him to keep on walking. Millennium flooring did a great job taking care of my floors and correcting the pegleg liars damages. At least the flooring damage. Pegleg damaged my steps by spilling Polyurathane on my concrete steps. Messed up my solid wood front door, my fireplace bricks. Millennium Flooring did great work. Clean work. Quick work. A year later and I'm still raving about this company and it's owner also.

He was the only contractor who told me he would be able to add a pocket door to increase the useable size of the bathroom. Demo was a breeze and after every work day, Victor and team would clean the area around the bathroom so there was no dust or things in the way and I could continue using those areas normally. The tile work and wood finish work of the trim, moulding and chair rail and around the pocket door is top notch! Victor custom made a vanity and shelving based on ideas we both came up with, and it is perfect and functional for the space in the bathroom. It required both nailing/staple with glue assist. When others just responded back via text with a square foot install price, Nilson and Raisa were thorough with their measure and reviewing the appropriate preparation work required to ensure a great installation. The installation and work ethic was even more impressive. He sanded the subfloor to guarantee strong adhesion and was methodical with determining centerlines to ensure a perfectly straight floor. Nilson and his team work hard and completed the job on time and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. The result is an absolute gorgeous floor, installed at a very competitive price and a very happy customer.
