We had a similar outlet changed in 2022 without any charge to us and asked why this outlet was different. Instead of providing an explanation, Julie Lucas - Finance Manager - threatened to back charge us for that 2022 bill. Additionally, we did not consent for FPM to hire an electrician, complete the service, and charge our account. We were never afforded an opportunity to review a quote. In fact, we asked Brenna Witter to let us know if someone would be on our property - she never did. I have requested multiple responses from FPM including President Andrew Witter - they have not replied to us. This is very poor customer service and fraudulent. Stay far away.

This was the first summer we used Del Mar Vacations, and it was great. We were located in Wellfleet…read moreon the pier, directly across Mayo Beach, to be specific. There are several locations to choose from and different layouts in each house. The one we stayed in was pretty small and cramped, with an attached living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a master bedroom, and a bunk bed in another room. The bedding was no issue for us, as it was comfy. The room was clean, and the air conditioning flowed smoothly and was well organized. A lock is on top of the door for the bathroom, which is a hook. Outside is a table and even a walkway to view the complex. There is plenty to do, with the bay directly across and Wellfleet Center not far away. Our only minor complaint is the parking, which is very cramped and close to the road. Widening it would be an improvement. Regarding the price and stay, we are willing to use Del Mar Vacations in the future.
