The third move, however, was problematic. Mr. Powell damaged the treadmill by failing to disconnect an internal cable, which rendered the machine inoperable. He acknowledged the damage was his fault and promised to order the cable and repair the treadmill at no cost. That was in February 2025. After a year of repeated excuses and eventually no response, I hired another professional in March 2026. The treadmill was repaired in about 20 minutes, did not require a new cable, and now works perfectly. Based on this experience, I do not recommend Mr. Powell.
