I researched a few monogram spots but decided to go to a Black owned shop in South DeKalb Mall. I arrived on July 4 th, gave specific , instructions on what I needed, paid my deposit and left with a clear written understanding it would take two weeks to complete. On July 17th, I went to the store to retrieve my jersey and Rob told me he had not started on it yet, really, you have had it in your possession 17 days. I went back on the 18th and still he has not started on my jersey. Rob asked me to come back on Sunday as he will come in early before they open and work on the jersey. Again, I went back on Sunday but now he can't find the jersey. I had to pretend to need to use the restroom so I can walk off my anger. When I came back, he AGAIN still not started on my jersey. He promised if I came back on Monday (20th) he would have the jersey ready. I said to him, "I will give you some grace, meet you in the middle and come back Tuesday. Needless to say on Tuesday the 21, he had not started on my jersey. We are three weeks in and he had not even touched my jersey. At this point I asked for my deposit and my jersey back. This man had the nerve to tell me; he will not be rushed. RUSHED, you had three weeks to finish my jersey. You need to either get some help or be honest about your turn around time. I drove out of my way and by passed a white establishment to support this business. NEVER AGAIN. Don't ever get so cocky that you stop providing customer service. Like I told him, you don't know what is standing at your counter. I could have made a phone call and made life hard. But brother, keep doing you, you need to change your business practices when it comes to customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star.

I've never had to wait for a washer or dryer, even on busier days. I usually use two or three machines at once and still don't feel like I'm in anyone's way. Everything actually works (which sounds bare minimum but isn't always the case), and the machines are fast. My clothes always come out clean and actually dry. No funky smells, no having to restart a dryer three times. The ladies who work here are honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. They're really sweet, friendly, and just genuinely nice people. It never feels fake or overly scripted like some places. They're helpful if you need something, but they also let you do your thing. And sometimes they'll offer free coffee, which is such a small gesture but really does make a difference. The vibe inside is calm and relaxed. It's always clean, and the floors and bathrooms are clearly taken care of regularly. It doesn't feel gross or stressful to be there. You can actually sit down and relax while your laundry is running. They usually have TVs on with sports playing, which helps pass the time, especially when you're folding clothes and just trying to get through it. Parking is also a big plus for me. There's a lot of space, and the parking lot is well lit at night. I'm pretty cautious when it comes to safety, so I really appreciate not feeling weird or on edge when I come here in the evening. It's one of those things you don't think about until it's not there. They also have a really good selection of laundry products for sale. If you forget detergent or dryer sheets, it's not a big deal. They've got washing powder, Tide Pods, fabric softener, bleach, even laundry bags and random little things you might need. It's all convenient and reasonably priced. Overall, this place just feels well run. It's clean, safe, and comfortable, and you can tell the staff actually cares about the space and the people who come in. Doing laundry here doesn't feel like a chore the way it usually does. If you're looking for a reliable, low-stress laundromat in Atlanta, this is a solid choice.
