Just...no. Young…read moredrivers are already feeling nervous enough before their first exam, they don't need to be yelled at by the examiner for things beyond their control. I was rudely admonished for taking a moment to put on my seat belt before demonstrating my brake lights. The reason? It was raining (lightly) outside. I don't control the weather, and as far as I know it's against the law to not be wearing a seat belt. Aren't you supposed to be testing on safety? There also needs to be better communication about how to proceed after the test. I was told many times to take a picture of the URL before my test (it's a paper at the desk) but not what the URL link was for. Because we had a little miscommunication at the beginning regarding vehicle usage, and the instructor was late, all I got was a quick "you passed" and the instructor took off. No receipt, no paperwork, no license, no proof. I had to drive back to the place to even ask her to verify if I passed or not, and how I could get my permanent license. To which I got a fairly unhelpful reply. I just have to say, I was made to feel very jumpy and nervous before my test and it really doesn't make for a good testing experience. Props to the examiner for keeping a pleasant, neutral tone during the test itself, though the terse voice came back the second it was done. The extra star goes to the woman I spoke to on the phone prior to my exam. While it's hell getting through to a live person, she was very kind and helpful.

Our biggest issue was that he couldn't speak English well, but his proctor, Niykee, eliminated that barrier by using hand signals instead. She spent time going over motions and hand signals with my uncle, to make sure both parties understood each other before going out on the drive. Really great service and caring instructors!

The agents over the phone named Ryan and Lucas are very helpful. You have to book and pay first over their website and the agents will help you through the process. For the actual test, my husband mentioned that the instructor/test agent is very nice! (Her name is Kim by the way) Though he is very nervous, she made him calm and confident. After the test, she went over the mistakes and discussed it with him. Disclaimer: My husband passed the test. Tip: If you can bring your own car (which you have been using for practice) will be the best option for the test. Remember: cars accelerates and decelerates differently. Gist: the more familiar you are with the car for the exam, the higher chance of passing! One more thing, mistakes accumulates and hurts your grade. So, practice practice practice. Goodluck!

To drive the track solo under their HPDE track days, they required me to take their "One Day High Performance Driving" class which entailed a morning "street skills" session followed by an afternoon coached "on track" session. It's not until a second track day where they clear you for "full solo" driving. It's an expensive initial buy-in, but makes for nicer track days (compared to other sanctioned companies). The instructors are all friendly and willing to chat with you when they're not running around coaching others. Find some time to chat with them as they have different tips, tricks, and driving styles you may pick up on. Thanks Don and Donna for running an awesome school!

The manager, Ramiz will talk all day long without saying anything, except maybe for a few oft-repeated racist anecdotes. We both chose the Manual Transmission course and were berated by the instructor Alex, who insisted constantly that we should give up. The equipment is failing and they do not allow you to practice in the same truck that you must take the DOL test with, setting students up for failure. Overall, we probably received half of the training hours that we were promised. Practically any other school would be preferable. It is vastly overpriced for the quality of the product provided.
