It's so hard to get the driving lessons scheduled, my daughter tried for months to get just 1 scheduled, but we had to eventually go in person to schedule it, and then they were rude and condescending as we told them our problem. They don't haven enough drivers and are sloppy. There are transvestites working there as well. It's not worth the money. Don't go here, you'll be so glad you didn't. read more

Don't waste your time and money here. They have no driving instructors available. You pay for 5 driving classes but you can't schedule them and if you are fortunate to get one like we did, it was canceled today without notice. The instructor looked into the database and realized there are no classes for at least two more weeks. This is completely unacceptable! Our last driving training class was mid-May and we have 3 more classes to go in two months or the money we prepaid them expires. Can you imagine signing up for a drivers training program and nearly 10 months later you still can't get your license because they don't offer the classes that you prepaid. Very frustrating. Do not use this company for your children wanting drivers education and driving lessons. The issue is they have to complete the classroom portion and five 60 minute driving lessons. They have no problem fulfilling the classroom portion and taking your money (for classroom and driving lessons). The PROBLEM is they don't have enough instructors to compete the driving lessons. I'm trying to book a lesson and for the next 3 months there ARE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. A business that offers a service for money but can not fulfill their service should not be allowed to continue. There should be a limit to how many students they enroll so it is in balance with how many instructors/appointments are available. Don't use this company and find yourself in this position. My kid has 5 months to get the drives completed but for the next 3 months there is nothing available. They will tell you to check the website for appointments but there are never any available. I can't stress enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDRER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. read more

This place is horrible! Like everyone said it is so hard to get the driving lessons schedule. My child had a lesson scheduled, we received an email confirmation and was told she wasn't scheduled when we arrived. The front office person John or Josh was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. They know they do not have enough driving instructors but they still take kids for the classroom part anyway. read more

Called this company 405 driving school to book an appointment for my daughter for a knowledge (written) test we both verified that she could receive an adaptive test to be read to her. My daughter has a reading disability that has been verified and has an IEP to show for this disability. We were told just to let the site know that she needed an adaptive test. When my daughter showed up for the test the staff member said they do not do such a thing. She continued with taking the test without the adaptive help and of course didn't pass this is her 5th time taking the knowledge test. She didn't pass and that was what was expected she has never been able to take a test that has not been read to her and pass. I sent my daughter back into schedule another test with adaptive support and she was told they don't do these over the summer she could not schedule an adaptive test. I went back into the location asked why she could not take an adaptive test when were wet told on the phone that an adaptive test can be given. when they are given notice. I was told they do not have to give adaptive test to anyone and I said but you can give a test to someone in a wheelchair or who looks disabled and make accommodations for them to enter your business.This is also adaptive accommodations for them to access the facility to take the knowledge test.The lady proceeded to tell me that I paid for a written test. The words written mean the test is given written. The lady later proceeded to tell me that if a disabled person in a wheelchair or someone in crutches came through their door, they would not give them a test either because they just wouldn't. I asked to speak with a manager or have the phone number to the manager. She proceeded to give me a card with the scheduling number to leave a voicemail. I asked if she could please write the managers name on the card multiple times and she refused. I left a voicemail and received a call from a lady named Nichole who did not ask for what happened in the facility or what was said by her staff. She proceeded to tell me that a written can be scheduled with adaptive reading if I emailed back the facility. She said that if I made an outburst in her facility, she would take my daughters license number. Send it back to the department of license and to all the schools in the area, and my daughter would never be allowed to take a written exam again. I did not have an outburst nor did I speak to anyone in a derogatory way I just simply tried to explain that people with disability have the right to access the same test with adaptive supports. I just tried to explain what the laws were about adaptive and that the department of licensing said that we were to just inform the facility that my daughter needed an adaptive test we had notified the facility via phone during scheduling that my daughter needed an adoptive test. The whole point is is that my daughter was wrongfully discriminated, so where other disabled people and the facility called back without getting any information from me or my daughter and immediately went into threat mode and decided that they were going to use my daughters license and give it to other facilities, I also found that when we signed up for this company when paying for our service the facility attached a reoccurring account so that they can continue to charge the bank account without permission. I do not recommend anyone to use this company the automated system for appointment. Is hard to access and the staff is very rude. read more

Don't go here. I felt like the location was easy enough so I tried it, but the guy who tests you is the owner of the school and he is super critical. They count on failing people in order to get them to sign up for classes and more tests. It's a business thing and it seemed pretty empty so they are in need of more business. I moved here from vegas and needed to re-do knowledge and skill test. Took an hr skill training with Collin and brushed up my driving skills, passed the skill test with 94! I highly discourage anyone from going to this testing facility. My father has been driving for YEARS. He's still very sharp at his age and is a very good driver. His license renewal has elapsed. Being that he is required to take the driving test again, he went to this place. The driver instructor was so rude. He was very critical about every little thing and failed him on anything and everything that he can think of. They just want to fail people to get you to spend more money!! Go elsewhere. read more

It seems odd to review a business that is obligated to fail a certain percentage of its customers. I'm sure most negative reviews of drive schools are due to the person failing a test. That being said, I took my son here to take his written and drive exam. We scheduled online, which worked alright. The appointment doesn't get booked until someone sends a secondary email confirmation, which we received fairly soon after the initial request. I thought it was cool that you could schedule online, but I personally prefer calling. As for the staff, there's not much to say. They are conducting a test to see whether you are a safe driver, so they can't get too personal and chatty with you or the test would become less objective. But they were polite and professional. I was a little skeptical after reading the 1 star review, but after going there I think that reviewer must be in the category of customers I referred to earlier. I was going to rate them as 4 starts, but nothing about the place disappointed me. read more
