The lady was friendly and took a look at my necklace. She said she was backed up from holiday orders and it would take a week to get my piece fixed. It took under fifteen minutes to be serviced. I got a call a week or so later that my necklace was ready. I arrived and saw how pretty my necklace looked. I paid and asked a few questions on the care of my jewelry that she answered. Very prompt and helpful service. It cost me about 39 dollars to get it fixed which I'm not sure if that's a lot or not. All I know is I am now able to wear my childhood golden heart today.

Michael, who has done basic jewelry repairs for my husband's family since the 90s, was the first jeweler to listen to him and say, "Yes, I can make a ring that's a combination of these two." Well, that was 4 years ago, and we still go to him for basic repairs and ring cleanings. He is honest and fair, and we like using a small family business. He even calls to wish us a happy anniversary and asks how we have been doing. I have received numerous compliments on my custom designed and crafted rings, which I adore. As long as Michael is in business, he will be my jeweler.
