This alone makes her a jewelry expert and her positive opinion is far more substantial than mine. I walked into Anita's in the beginning of December 2016 with a slight idea of what I had in mind for a gift to my girlfriend. Anita was very friendly and professional asked me my budget right off the bat. She then showed me some trendy pieces and few different pieces that fit what I was looking for. I liked the square cut (which I can now impress people by calling it a "princess cut") and wanted a Ruby to match her birthstone. Anita then wrote down my order with everything that I liked and told me that she would be able to make something for me that fit my budget. 10 days later I got the call to come in see if I liked it and it was perfect! I walked out feeling both happy about the necklace and felt like I genuinely got a good deal. If that's not a 5-star experience, I don't know what is! So when…read moreI found my necklace from when I was a toddler with a broken chain I knew I had to get it repaired. I called beforehand to see if it could get fixed and promptly drove over. The lady was friendly and took a look at my necklace. She said she was backed up from holiday orders and it would take a week to get my piece fixed. It took under fifteen minutes to be serviced. I got a call a week or so later that my necklace was ready. I arrived and saw how pretty my necklace looked. I paid and asked a few questions on the care of my jewelry that she answered. Very prompt and helpful service. It cost me about 39 dollars to get it fixed which I'm not sure if that's a lot or not. All I know is I am now able to wear my childhood golden heart today.
