The second item, my favorite jacket that like a moron I wore to the stables and practically ruined. Michelle one of the owners called me concerned that the leather might not respond well and I figured it couldn't get much worse so go ahead. Let me tell you that thing is beautiful, looks just like it did when I bought it! *review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.

I have two sport coats that I wear religiously, and they get them clean and turned around the next day if needed, minimum 2, for $16. You cannot beat that, especially when other places are charging upwards of $40.

I was mostly concerned about the pink fur. He said he could not fix that since there was so much red attached. Uhhh that is a Santa suit. Most places take the short cut and press the whole shirt plus the collar and smush it into the shirt creating a terrible look and destroying the collar (and shirt). I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away and had to use another cleaners. I cannot yet find a cleaners who can duplicate how they press a shirt. Fantastic product and extremely nice people and therefore are very much deserving of a great review.
