These folks need to teach a clinic on how to dry clean shirts. It took me 5 years to find a cleaners who can do a shirt collar like these folks. Most places take the short cut and press the whole shirt plus the collar and smush it into the shirt creating a terrible look and destroying the collar (and shirt). I didn't realize how good I had it until I moved away and had to use another cleaners. I cannot yet find a cleaners who can duplicate how they press a shirt. Fantastic product and extremely nice people and therefore are very much deserving of a great review. I recently stopped using this cleaners After several items were ruined by their cleaning process. They never own any problems with service and owner gives you this "deer in the headlights" stare when you try to explain or question him. They lost my daughters dress and gave us another person cheap frock. Once again the owner accepted no responsibility even though it was clear they had given us the wrong dress and had no idea where my daughters dress was. That was final straw! I left and went to Stan's cleaners and I've never looked back. Stan's run a first class operation and plus after only 2 visits they know my name. These are my dudes! The service is fast. Meaning dropping off your dress shirts, pants, ties and expect to return them in a day or two. The customer service by Mr. Kim has been consistent for the 5+ years that I have been coming here. The drive through makes it very accessible to get in and out. Their finished work is never sloppy. Can't give an extra star because they don't do customer discount programs, discounts, etc.... I'm big on customer loyalty and being rewarded for that. I have been using Vinings Cleaners for 7 years. I love that they are organic and your clothes don't have the nasty chemical smell that most dry cleaners use. Amazing staff, always very helpful. I'm not a fan of dry cleaners in general and will wash whatever I can at home, but I do enjoy this dry cleaner. I've never had any problems here, everything I drop off gets cleaned thoroughly and the way I expect it. They even got the cat hair out of my coat (which was covered). Pricing is very reasonable. The drive-through is super convenient. It makes dropping off and picking up a breeze. I highly recommend them. read more

Vinings cleaners is located off of Atlanta Road by the Irish pub. They have a drive through, but I do not recommend if you have a larger vehicle, we drove through in our 4-Runner and it was a tight squeeze. We pulled up, I handed over 3 blouses, a skirt and a cardigan, they let me know the would be ready in a few days. I picked them up a few days later and they all looked great. I'll for sure bring all of my dry cleaning here in the future. read more

I have been going to this cleaners for years with no problems. The new owners have been great until now. I took my husband's BRAND NEW $600 suit, which he tried on for me twice, to be dry cleaned for a wedding. When I returned to pick it up, they had not cleaned the jacket because the back of the collar had a 3 inch cut across the neck! Of course they would not own up to the fact they did this to a brand new jacket! Obviously they use box cutters when cutting the clothes out of the plastic they use to ship them off. Come on guys! You just lost a valued customer! read more

Been a customer for years and the prior ownership was decent, but recently under new ownership these guys have just completely dropped their service levels. Among other complaints, they no longer offer same day service (despite keeping the sign in the window). My wife dropped off clothes on Thursday and I'm being told that they are not going to be ready until right before they close on Saturday. I'm done with this place. read more

I do not like leaving one star reviews but I am blown away by the poor customer service this dry cleaner has. I have been taking my clothes here for about 3 months and have had no issues until now. I just got a new custom made polo, wore it once and after getting it back from this dry cleaner it had shrunk 3 inches on the length. I took it back into them to show them what had happened and in the meantime I spoke with the company that had made the polo. They said the dry cleaner used to high of a steam temperature. The company does a steam clean check on all their clothes before sending them out. I explained this to the owner and his wife at the dry cleaner. They asked if they could try to fix it and I said that was fine, but I didn't understand how they thought they were going to stretch a shirt back out and not jeopardize the fabric of the shirt. I went back in and the shirt was still an inch short and now looked very stretched out. They argued with me saying that it was nothing they had done wrong. The owner said he had 30 years of experience in dry cleaning and had never had this happen. I highly doubt they have never ruined a piece of clothing in 30 years. I understand things happen but it is how you handle that. I have had other things get ruined by dry cleaners and they have alway owned up to it and came up with a solution we both could be happy with. Vinings Cleaners simply stated it was nothing they had done, their only solution was to try to clean and stretch it again. If you didn't ruin the shirt, why would you be trying so hard to fix it?!?! I would not take your clothes here unless you are okay with them being ruined and being told it's not their fault. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more
