Do not go here. First of all- they say $3.99 for most items, but according to their price lists, dresses are $6. I brought in a maxi dress that was longer and got charged double. I have been going here for years. Mostly for the ladies.. they are soo sweet and accommodating. The pricing is not bad either. I am not a fan of the owner, as he seems to not care about his staff or the customers. I would say more on that but I will leave it right there. I bring mostly my work clothes and occasionally a church suit in. I have never been disappointed with dates promised to he ready. Reading some of these, I'm kind of amazed how bad some of the reviews are. If you bring 8 shirts and 3 suits, you don't save a little money you save a lot and they do as well as anywhere else. Here's the thing with the buttons. Every cleaners I've ever went to breaks buttons, so get over it, it's going to happen. What you need to do "guys" us unbutton your cuffs and button down shits and watch how fast the broken buttons stop. The owner is a really nice guy and at least tries to be accommodating. When I come in and there is a line of people I'm always acknowledged and told we'll be right with you. These things mean a lot to me, much more than a broken button. Try them out, and do your part with the button thing. read more

This is definitely the place you should avoid. They use very cheap chemicals in order to make money. They ruined a very expensive jacket, and 5 silk shirts. I was really not happy with the service and requested my money back. They refused saying the manager was not present at the time and to come back another day.... how is this possible? I really wanted to give a glowing review, but based on the representative's reaction from my customer feedback, only 3 stars. I tried this cleaners on a referral from a friend. I was happy with the turn-around time on items for dry-cleaning. I placed two separate orders, because I needed one of the items cleaned quicker than the others. Cleaning is done well and there are no complaints there! My complaint is that they have a garment policy that if any items are left after 60 days, they are not responsible for what happens to them. I am used to at least one call from a cleaners as a courtesy to pick up items. Everyone can admit to forgetting to pick up their dry cleaning once in a while. Well, that was me; I forgot. Since last May. Who needs cashmere sweaters in the summer? So months went by and into the new year and I was feverously searching for these items in my closets and storage. Then it hit me to try calling the cleaners to see if I forgot to pick them up. I called and LUCKILY they had all 5 of my items. I politely confronted the representatives I picked up my clothing from and they seemed to not care at all about my, their customer's, concerns. I feel that this business could at least call in regards to over due items once every 2-3 months, if not once a month. They don't care; because you pay when you drop it off so if you don't pick up your items, it's all on you. I've been to cleaners that are also pay at drop off, but still call to remind me if items are left after 30 days. It's a courtesy that shows you care to your patrons. read more

I love this little gem of a dry cleaner. When I had a closet moth infestation and had to dry clean my entire closet, I called all the dry cleaners in the area and this place was considerably better priced than the other stores I called. Every item, pants, silk blouses, wool sweaters, and skirts were all around $3 plus or minus a few cents. My knee length wool coat was $12. They took all fifty items and cleaned them well, finished them promptly and professionally and, just as importantly, did not lose anything. at the end of the day, I saved hundreds to boot. read more

Have been coming here for years now without incident or regret. Best prices in the area, and they offer same day service if you get there early and ask for it. Always efficient. Almost everything is $3 for dry cleaning, dresses are $6 and coats might be $12. They've done a bunch of mending for us as well, and random projects like "please sew a bunch of pockets and pom poms on this giant cow costume." Good with stain removal too. read more

I brought a shirt there last friday picked up today & the shirt was all torn up. the guy there who was very rude by the way told me I must of spilt acid on it??? It was a white dress shirt not a work shirt!!!! he told me i was out of luck & there was nothing he can do about it!!! This is poor poor customer service. You bring a $60.00 shirt in or for that matter any of your clothing it gets ruined and there is nothing you can do!!! I gues I have to call BB and find a new cleaners!!!! I have been goig to A Cleaners for some time. I notice that they just had a turnover of their staff workers. I never had a problem until today when my Ralph Lauren, velvet pants were ruined. There was a tag on them that stated "DEFECTED BEFORE CLEANING". They were perfect pants. It appears that they dumped bleach on the legs and ruined my pants and then denied it by placing a tag on them after the fact. I don't care about cheap prices if they ruin my expensive clothes. I know they will deny that this did this. This is bad business. read more

Well their price may be the best and service may be great but I sincerely question the owner's ethics. We have been going there for quite a long time. However, today I had the worst experience with Charlie the owner. I had a shirt that I laundered in September 2012. It's a white button down oxford from Jos. A Bank. Yesterday, when I tried to wear it, I noticed a gaping hole under my collar and it seems like it was a result of someone trying to unbutton it forcefully and in the process pretty much ripped the shirt. So, the owner Charlie (as he claimed his name was) first totally denied that it was done at his store despite having his yelllow label on my White shirt. I took pictures of the shirt with my I-phone right then and there. Then he changed his story to say that they have a 90 day policy. Then he said he will fix my shirt if I ask. When I asked him that he has to replace the shirt he refused and challenged me to court. read more
