I really like this laundromat. I've dropped off probably over 20 different times. I use the wash, dry, fold feature. It's about one dollar per pound for this feature. The three women that work there are always very nice to me when I go in there. If you need to modify your saved settings for certain allergies or preferences- than you can do that. Great place to do all the stuff that's too big for my regular washer-like dog beds and comforters. I went early Wednesday morning and it was not busy at all. I love the sanitizer machine with ozone-that alone had me coming here cause I skeeve things easily. Who doesn't want the machine to be sanitized and cleaned every time? The woman there are very helpful with questions. Also I had forgot a few twist ties and safety pins for the dog beds. And they actually supplied me what I needed so I didn't need to run home to grab-thanks ladies! read more

This way you can pick the right size for your loads, which saves you time AND money. They have free popcorn, coffee, AND wi-fi everyday, and also TV and various vending machines. They also have drop off wash and fold services as well, in case you don't have the time or desire to do it yourself. After experiencing terrible service at Top Kat Laundromat on Whalley Avenue....I expressed my concern to a coworker of mine who so kindly and enthusiastically recommended taking my laundry to Super Wash. In less than 24 hours my clothes were cared for appropriately and folded or hung accordingly!!!! At first I was reluctant, but they gladly took my stop and shop coupon, treated me kindly and just, and handled my clothing the way a superb drop off/pick up laundromat should!!! I have a very busy schedule, it is hard for me to do laundry sometimes. I looked up the hours online it said 11p.m. and the door says 11p.m. When I walked in at 9:30 they would not allow me to do my laundry; when I only had one load to do. This was super frustrating. I drove there expecting to be able to do my laundry and had to turn around and go home. I have also gone there during the day. Some questionable people walk in, one time a homeless person came in to drink coffee and took a nap. Do not ever go on a Wednesday if you want to be able to do your laundry, half of East haven shows up for free soap. read more

I go to college here and I am from out of state. I have wedding to go to back home and I needed my dress to be dry cleaned and altered. So I called this place to see if they have alteration services also. A guy answered the phone and he was the rudest person I have ever talked to. There was a major communication issue and he did not want to help me out because my phone number was from out of state. Well, not everyone living in New Haven is from Connecticut. I cannot comment of the actual facility, but after the phone conversation, this place will not get my business. read more
