No matter how many questions I had, she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I never felt rushed or dismissed. They mislead people , they charged me 150 to get my son out the county jail which in the first…read moreplace they only do 300 and up , I was told later by one of there own employees there, and was told I should've never got a bond from them because the actual bond was in Fort Bend , then they wanted to keep part of my money 100.00 for doing nothing, they had me waiting about one hour and a half to tell me i would not get my money back for days , it hadn't even been 24 hours , Harris County plus Fort Bend said they should've never done a bond in the first place knowing he was going to be trans reported to Fort Bend , that was told by the Harris county and Fort Bend plus the Fort Bend Bails Bond which they were more professional explain all details ,it's sad as some people rip you off especially when you don't really understand the whole system I live on a fix income and lost that money from them not completely explaining and being unprofessional , they took my paperwork had me sitting there for almost 2 hours I had to keep getting up asking they kept saying the manager was in a meeting then after two hours they asked me if I filled out a refund form which they should've done from the beginning when I told them and gave them the paperwork, they said the manager would call me about my concern with the money, never got a call I had to call them, they truly do not care about customers, all of us trying to do is get my son out of jail and was lied too and taken advantage of the guy that helped me also said pay the bond that night and I went , would keep my son from going to Fort Bend which was a lie, they need to train their employees better also

Mainly because I've seen my friends bail their girlfriends out plenty of times, on top of that we were told the payment we had to make was around 1,000 dollars which wasn't an issue due to them agreeing to us paying 600 instead of the full 1000. Well our first issue came up when we came in three days ahead of our scheduled payment date and still ended up getting charged an extra 200 which they apparently "don't have documentation" for when I have the bank statements and receipts. They were extremely unprofessional while handling this and will not refund the 200 dollars they took.

Drove 1 hr and 1/2 to downtown to pick up my mom, checked inside to get an update at 11pm the bonds man had literally just dropped off the paperwork with the Officer at 22:52 (10:52pm). Ridiculous I was told by representative that it would be delivered in 15mins after I submitted docs early afternoon. So here I was waiting. Called North Main and was told "it was probably delayed due to shift change" and "I will call you back, let me call HCSO" and yet no response. Don't recommend this Bond company for your friends and family go else where. They smooth talk you and just take advantage, charging an $85 "service fee

first off, lets give it up for this black owned business !!!!!!!!…read morethe owner himself works just as hard as the employee's. check them out if you havent. they're quick with the in and out process. the payment plans are helpful too especially if bills are due soon. oh and i cant forget the reliable bond run service they offer. i had to be in to work the next morning and did not feel like walking the bond over to harris county so when the agent asked me if i wanted to pay the extra fee i jumped on it. i love a good deal and they offer them. also i have never been to a bonding company that offer financing, but i spotted that as soon as i pulled up to the downtown office. thats a plus in my book.
