They came out to clean our windows and after they left, we noticed some pretty significant scratches in at least three of the windows. I sent photos of the scratches to the owner Tom, who told me that he would figure out what was happening or what the guys had done. He sent me a message a couple of days later and said that he knew what it happened and that he would get back to me and let me know. Still have not heard from him. I will not be using them again. I do not need that kind of damage done to my windows. Especially when they are windows that look out at my view! Like I said, we've used them for years before and I've never had a problem. I had him come out and do maintenance on my roof - replacing broken tiles, caulking around skylights, even added a SolarTube in my closet, etc. Since then I have Mark do a yearly inspection and fix it before it gets worse. He has fixed leaks, replaced wood rot facia boards even primering and painting them, etc over these 10 years. He and his workers are always neat and thorough in doing their work. His prices are extremely reasonable for the great work that he does. No hidden costs. Communication is great. They are respectiful of my property and clean as they go. I loved his work from the very first and have kept him as my roofer, as well as refer him to my friends and family.
