I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

No issues getting to our unit - Easy payment: they send you a link to pay post service - Availability: We inquired late on a Sunday and they had someone available the next morning and afternoon (on a holiday weekend too!) - Competitive pricing - Products: they use pet safe products - The problem stains on our tub and stove were removed and look great! The majority of her time was spent with these two items as they were in desperate need of some extra work. Room for improvement: - Upon arrival, our cleaner walked straight into the apartment with her shoes on. Walked through our carpeted hallway, into our carpeted bedroom, straight to our very dusty and dirty balcony to check out the space. Wouldn't be an issue if it was hardwood however it was carpet and it was only going to be vacuumed during this service. The balcony was one of our main priorities as we let it get real bad over the past few months and haven't had a chance to clean it. I offered her brand new house slippers to use and she declined saying she could just take her shoes off. I remember cleaners being shoeless, using shoe covers, or using cleaning specific shoes being part of 24/25's company policy. - We requested a deep clean, however aside from the tub and stove, the rest were only regular or lightly cleaned. Mirrors and sliding door windows were still dusty and had visible marks - In order to book, you have to fill out a lengthy online booking form AND a mini text confirmation. I don't mind the extra work, I get that they need to know what is being requested however I didn't understand the point as it did not seem this info was communicated to the cleaner. The agency did tell us we could point out the extra spots of concern to the cleaner directly. On the text form, I marked "yes" for "wash trash bin" and "windows clean", neither were completed - For our balcony, I also marked "yes" for "balcony/patio sweep/mop". I also put a note asking to be mindful of the neighbors below as I do not want any of the debris getting to their unit. I showed the cleaner the additional task on the balcony which required taking out leaves, cobwebs, twigs, and other dirt buildup. While checking out the spot, the cleaner started throwing twigs off the balcony. It didn't get on the other units but I was a bit thrown off by that. When she was leaving and saying goodbye, I noticed only the additional task was done and not the basic sweep/mop of the balcony, as requested on the text form. I asked her about the rest of the balcony and she responded saying she did what I asked. I clarified that I was hoping for the rest of the balcony to be cleaned. She responded sure and quickly went over to vacuum the area (not sweep or mop). There was a bit of change in tone, it felt as if she was bothered by the request. - Unfortunately after she finished the area it was still a bit dirty. She did ask if we checked everything else and if she needed to fix other items, but by then we didn't want to ask anymore based off the way she went back to work on the balcony. We were no longer comfortable asking about the other sections. I understand that we should have flagged all of our concerns while the cleaner was still there, so that part is on us! We're on the quieter side and should have mentioned it but we also didn't want to helicopter and micromanage especially when the items missed are standard requests for a regular cleaning, not a deep clean. We did address our concerns to the agency and they were very quick to reply and offered to send the cleaner back but we politely declined. ------ Overall - working with the agency was quick and easy however it may have just been the specific cleaner we were paired with that didn't match our needs. We didn't speak up, so be sure to if you have any concerns!

I reached out to Alexander and he said management would re-estimate. We never heard from your company again. Three, the original (undiscounted) estimate was $43,000 for copper ( 130 linear feet plus 90 downspout) or $200 a linear ft. $7,800 for aluminum. $200 a ft for copper is 5 times what we paid another company. Please stick to the truth in your replies.

This week Tom from Blue Coast Window Cleaning came to my home to clean the upstairs windows, screens and window tracks. He had cleaned our downstairs windows during the winter holidays last year, and my husband and I were very pleased with the results. The windows are almost 40 years old. He was very careful removing and replacing the screens for cleaning. He worked quickly and efficiently with his assistant, Arturo, and his price was quite reasonable. Unlicensed uninsured, and unskilled Stay away from this company and save yourself a lot of troubles! Hugo did a horrible job for us, left all the garbage at the customers house argue with the customers, had to fight with them and used unprofessional language. It was rude, unskilled and very unprofessional service. I was contacted by someone from Joshua's team, offering to "settle" the issue and remove the my review after I posted my initial review on 7/24. However, the "settlement" never came. If you think about hiring this company, this company is NOT LICENSED, I just hope no one else has to go through what I had to go through. ----------- Orig review posted on 7/24/2026 Clean Out Pros LLC REFUSED to provide their license number. There is no record of the company in Contractors State License Board, https://cslb.ca.gov I made a mistake of hiring Clean Out Pros LLC for a roof repair after reading the positive Yelp reviews. Josh from Clean Out Pros LLC is unreachable, so, I can only leave a review here. SUMMARY The roof repair failed in the next rain following the repair, Clean Out Pros came out to inspect the leak (in the same area they repaired) and said a larger area of the roof would need to be re-roofed since the house "shifted". I hired a licensed contractor to repair the same roof area, only to discover the repair work was not done correctly, the new waterproofing paper was installed on top of the old waterproofing paper and the actual repair area is smaller than what was quoted, missing the actual water intrusion point. DETAILS Clean Out Pros LLC performed roof repair work, and the repair was provided with a written ten-year warranty as reflected on the invoice. I relied on Clean Out Pros LLC's representations regarding the quality of the repair and the warranty coverage. Unfortunately, the repair proved defective. Beginning on or about October 14, 2025, following rainfall, water intrusion and leaking occurred in the same area that had been repaired by Clean Out Pros LLC. The leak continued during subsequent rain events. I contacted Josh from Clean Out Pros LLC regarding the problem. On or about October 21, 2025, Clean Out Pros LLC inspected the area and advised that the prior repair was adequate and that a LARGER area of the roof would need to be re-roofed. Concerned by this explanation, I obtained independent inspections from several licensed contractors. The inspections revealed significant deficiencies in the work performed by Clean Out Pros LLC, including: 1. Waterproofing paper was improperly installed on top of existing paper rather than underneath it, contrary to applicable roofing standards and resulting in water being able to flow beneath the new material and enter the home; 2. Damaged plywood was only partially replaced, leaving portions of damaged material in place; 3. The repaired area was substantially smaller than the area represented and promised, comprising approximately seventy percent (70%) of the agreed repair scope. I retained a licensed contractor to correct the defective work in the same area, the licensed contractor actually charged $2300 LESS than Clean Out Pros LLC, and the leak stopped completely.

I wanted both the walls washed and the windows. We ended up adding solar panels too and also got 4 broken screens replaced. I love that they can do it all! The work was done expertly and a week later when I was cleaning inside I noticed a screen where the tab had fallen out of the re-screen. I called Ryan out and he immediately scheduled a visit and not only did he fix it, he even touched up a few windows he felt had smudges.
