I have been a longtime customer until now. I've ordered all my uniform pants and shirts from 2hot and have spent a lot of money with the company. I recently went in to get a 511 uniform shirt. They did not have my size in stock, they measured me for a shirt. I waited for over 2 months for my shirt. When I when to put my shirt on the sleeves were to short and the shirt didn't fit. I called the shop and told them my problem and they won't return my shirt because they embroidered a shirt that was too small. Your company has grown but your customer service gotten worse over the years. Brothers and Sisters, spend your hard earned Blue Color money elese where. Rude, Rude Rude! walked in and three employees cwrre having a full on conversation. One of them with blond hair looked back and voiced the words sorry. Then a few minutes later the one sitting asked me how I can be helped and as soon ascInopened my mouth to speak, the had completely turned her body towards the conversation that they other employees were having.... mind you i'm at the tailoring section of this store. After that I walked out, went to my car, grabbed my phone and took a picture of the outside and then walked back in and took pictures of the very rude employees. I never said a word to any of them. I've had great customer service from these people! So friendly and willing to accommodate. I was able to have a family member pick up part of my order that was ready while I was on duty and they are shipping the reset to me. They also decided to give me an extra hat since they had forgotten to embroider my name on the first one. I actually didn't even realize it and they called me to tell me, that was very nice of them! This store caters to many different departments in both law enforcement and fire. My department is not readily available but embroidery is always quick to get it done whether special order or simple embroidery. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lack of communication, and not committed to when it would get done, placing the items in the wrong basket, took too long to get it done when they still have not started after 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Also the smell of a strong disgusting perfume from a woman that works there made me gag from the uniforms I received back to me. I had to get them to be rewashed to get rid of the perfume smell. Someone needs to tell this lady not to wear that kind of disgusting perfume anymore. read more

The blonde lady at the front desk has some pretty bad communication skills Came here to buy work boots for my job, went to go ring them up, and she must of had us waiting in front of her for 5 minutes. She left the counter and came back 3 times and didn't say "one second" or even "give me a minute and I'll be right with you" So, she starts inputting things into the computer so I'm over here thinking it's for my shoes, and I insert my card into the card reader, and she says "uh.. that's not for you" So basically at this point, I just want to get the heck out of there. This is my second review and is referencing the tailoring, time frame and communication. For 6 shirts for altering and uniform patches, it took a week. Which I believe is reasonable. They called me and let me know they were ready and the next day I received a text message. The shirts fit well and patches were put on correctly. read more

After spending hundreds of dollars on a Class A uniform, one would expect better customer service and communication but we got neither. The employees were not able to communicate when the uniform was expected to arrive. After finally getting the call that it was ready, it was clear that the uniform had not been tailored as expected. WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS Absolute bullsh*t. So a little backstory my fiancé has been going here for years now through academy, through different departments, through everything. Has gotten thousands of dollars worth of gear and countless uniforms from this establishment. Anyways so he goes in today because the pants they FITTED him for and sold to him were completely the wrong size and he came in to exchange them and get the correct size. These pants are AT LEAST $230 a pair. They say okay we will work with the company that actually makes the pants and get you the correct size just bring the pants that don't fit, into the shop. He tells her that they are washed and asks if it is okay she says yes. He immediately heads home to grab the pants, fights the Temecula traffic, and gets back in an HOUR. As soon as he gets there he goes to the desk and the lady who he has previously spoken to recognizes him. She glanced at the pants for 0.00002 seconds and without skipping a beat says "yeah sorry we can't help you" with literally no explanation, completely stonewalled him. At this point he knows she's absolutely not going to help his so he just leaves. I cannot believe how unprofessional, unbothered and rude the staff was. Not only are you in a business where people are depending on things being done CORRECTLY you're also in the business of fitting people who are on the front lines RISKING their lives for the public so if you can't handle it don't do it as your career. I really want to give more stars because their lady that does alterations is very good, but otherwise I cannot. Ordered 2 shirts in September 2021. It is now January 2022 and they are still not finished. Despite multiple calls I also have not been offered a refund or a discount. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business to anyone that needs a uniform for work. I have been without for nearly FIVE MONTHS. Never a clear reason, lots of excuses and frankly I have the impression that the business owner doesn't care about the terrible service and excessive delays. I ended up going on-line buying the exact same shirts that I needed (for substantially less cost) had them delivered to my house and then had a different uniform shop screen print them in less than TEN DAYS. So I'm not going to lie I was super anxious about coming to this uniform store only because I had read so many bad reviews. But as soon as I walked into the store there was a young lady there, she greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. I told her I needed to pick up my uniforms for school. She then asked me what program, I told her and she took me directly to the scrubs that were required for my program. Don't forget your work ID if you're going here. Forgot mine and had to go 20+ minutes home to get it, they have a good selection but definitely think they should offer another option to "prove" you are employed (paystubs ect.) and these issues would be easily resolved since just about everyone can access those on their phone. I've been to many uniforms shops and this is by far the worst in customer service, and willing to work with you on what your purchasing. They got my order wrong first off.... secondly when I needed to pick up a item that they made late after giving me a date and making me pay before, it was still late. Instead of trying to correct it and wait 5 minutes after closing so I could pick up a item already paid for they said no and they were not willing to work with me what do ever... Today was my first time at this store. I was blown away with my customer service experience. Chelsea helped me from start to finish as if I had a personal shopper with me. Ingrid the seamstress worked quick and is a miracle worker! The young man who did the embroidery work was efficient and accommodating and everyone was so nice. I came in with multiple last minute requests and I couldn't be happier. I have never had an experience like this at a uniform shop. Today while I was waiting for my vehicle to get worked on a few doors down, I decided to walk with my daughter (4years old)... seen this store and decided to check out if they had some Carhartt clothing for toddlers. Before entering, on the door it clearly says must wear face mask. I put my daughters face mask on for her and put mine on as-well. I walk in and see the lady at the counter and ask if they have clothing that would fit my daughter. She says no so we turn around and walk out. 10 minutes later I'm talking to the mechanic back at his shop. I have my daughter on my shoulders. Cop drives by and stop right in-front of the mechanics shop and walks up to me saying I fit the discerption on his radio. He asks if I walked into the store and I said yes, looking for clothes for my daughter that was on my shoulder pulling my ear. Another cop comes up pulling slowly. My daughter started to freak out. Mechanic comes and steps in to explain that I was a customer of his and I how I had some downtime to kill. Got nothing against the cops he's doing his job, but for the shop to call and report me? Little thrown off, I was respectful before entering and exiting there store. Didn't think i was going to get questioned by the cops for asking if they had toddler clothing. We know of this place because my husband had to purchase his school uniform through here. He had no problems during his first visit. This weekend we went here to grab him a new Quay rubber wedding band for work. When we walked in the lady at the front desk (older woman with long red hair) didn't even say hello. When we asked her where we could find them she pointed and said "right there" with such a blank stare that we thought she had to be kidding. While we were looking for a ring in his size she was staring at us so obviously that we felt uncomfortable. We wanted to make sure we were getting the right size and there was a box that was already opened so my husband slipped it out and tried it on. While this happened she said "umm there's a ring sizer attached to the stand." Like ok lady like we were supposed to know that. Anyways my husband found the right size for him and when we went to check out we paid in cash. We only had a hundred and when we handed it to her she laughed. Which is very freaking rude! Anyways we will probably not be returning unless its something for school since they're the only ones who work with his college. read more

Wow. Called another embroidery shop in town, and they referred me to 2Hot. What a stroke of luck. These guys are AMAZING. I only had 2 pieces that needed to be done and they were so happy to do it! We had dealt with Galls for the absolute last time !! We were tired of mistakes, incomplete work, bad communication, and horrible customer service with overpriced sub par work, it was time to venture out and try to find a place that appreciated our business and didn't treat us like we had to use their services and had no choice which is what Galls used to be, one of the only options. After a Yelp search we found this place and wow !!! From my first communication with the girl answering the phone (sorry didn't get her name), she referred me to Pamela to answer my questions. I emailed Pamela and received an immediate response !! What a relief to have someone who cared about my business. Then, she connected me with Angie. Angie answered my questions over the phone about my husbands class A Fire Dept. uniform and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable !! Angie is truly a God send !! We met her the next day and she was done a day later we had to make some last minute changes and she finished the same day !!!
