For the jeans, instead of being taken in through the back seam (as is standard for jean alterations), fabric was taken in on both sides. The stitching is very obvious, and there is a thick, bulky clump of folded fabric left inside each pair, which looks and feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. This is not how jeans are typically altered, especially at $25 per pair. I ended up having to spend more money and take them to another place that was willing to fix the mistake and alter them correctly. The dress was partially fixed, but an important detail was missed. I specifically asked for the back clasp/snaps at the top of the dress to be sewn back on, and that was completely forgotten. Overall, the workmanship did not match the price, and I felt like I wasted my money. I wouldn't return or recommend this service based on my experience.

In what world is this acceptable? It seems they can't even keep track of orders that are shipped in, so go somewhere else. Save your money! Don't waste your time. They don't care about their customers. UPDATE* So my husband tried go pick up his suit again. Of course, they closed at 6pm on Memorial Day. We had called earlier that morning and the phone was cutting in and out. What we both heard the associate on the phone say was "Well since it's Monday..." and then it cut out so we just assumed it was normal Monday business hours because why else would you begin a sentence like that? What she should have said was "We close at 6 today." It's a holiday. Call any other place and that's how they respond. The lack of efficiency and unnecessary verbosity when it comes to service and communication in this location is beyond frustrating. My husband headed to the store after 6PM unfortunately. For the record, we live about 20 minutes away so it's a 40 minute round trip drive to go each time. So that's an hour and 20 minutes he has driven to still NOT HAVE A SUIT!! (Also gas is $6/gal) At this point, I feel like they should just give my husband his suit for free or perhaps he should return it because this is not how it should be!
