They have great customer service. The lady there is very nice. I put a lime green track pants, shirt . I had taken the suit there many times. This day I dropped off my suit and when, I picked it up the pants was yellow the shirt was lime green. I took the pants and everything I brought with the suit to show them the color. I received a phone call from a lady about the problem. She told me it was the manufacturer defect and it had the pants bleeding, I informed her they had cleaned the pants 4 times prior and they would have bleed the first time. Then she offers me a 40 dollar credit to the cleaners. I told her the pants were more when I brought them she then ask me if, I would like her to turn the other 2 pieces yellow to match the pants that was just crazy to me. I just told her if I wanted a yellow suit, I would have bought one. to me first of all they should've admitted that they messed the pants up and said sorry not trying to make it like it was a defect from the manufacturer because I knew better then that maybe should've said we can give you $50 to go buy your pants or we will go find the same pants and replace them. so I've then told her I would like to speak to the owner of the cleaners because that was just crazy to me so I went to pick the pants up today which is Monday and was told that they have ordered the pants and they're just waiting for them to come in, which should've been done in the beginning. I think moving forward when you all make a mistake and you ruin someone's clothing you should first admit what you have done and then find a way to fix it not offering a credit to the cleaners because that does not take care of the item that needs to be replaced. read more

Have always had 5 star service for our dry cleaning. My wife has had a few alterations without any complaints. However, if you are going close to closing time on a tight schedule, don't believe the hours posted on Yelp. Came in 20 minutes before "closing" to pick up an order..... Already closed with a paper sign with different hours taped to door. Update your Yelp page!! Watched two other customers walk up while writing this review with the same problem. They quotes me $10 but called and told me it would be $35. my husband said that was fine and when we picked them up l all the stitching was coming out of the cushions and there was still stains left on them! I needed my comforter dry cleaned and this was the closest place to me. I called around and most places told me 4 days which I thought was ridiculous. So I put it off until I had an out of town trip. I stopped in here on my way out and this place told me 7. I couldn't believe it. I mean what do they do? Keep it in the back until the 7th day? At that point I had no choice but to leave it. I paid $5 more and it took 3 days longer than everywhere else I called. I went in and 3 pm on the 7th day and they told me it wasn't ready and wouldn't be delivered to them until after 4:30. At that point I was just plain ol annoyed. I won't be back. Another place just opened across from me so that's where I'll be taking my stuff from now on. read more

I brought in two shirts that needed the hem and sleeve restitched. I asked the cashier if the seamstress would use the serger on the shirts because the thread was missing there as well. The shirts did not have a serger used on them. And the hem that was sewn was uneven. I could have done better. read more

VERY DISSATISFIED.......AGAIN! I'm done with this place. I have now taken a few sets of military uniforms to be cleaned and each time it has been something different. The first few times they would press them so hard that they had checker marks in them. They were able to fix this but it required me to leave my uniforms for additional day(s). I try to plan things to have my uniforms for events but this companies service is just not reliable. The last time they offered to clean one uniform free of charge if I would give them one more try. So I did. I dropped my uniforms off earlier this week and pick them up today. It starts with no record in their computer of my getting a complimentary service because of their constant blundering and inability to do the service I pay for correctly. The young man behind the counter calls the owner and she says she doesn't recall so no. I inspect my uniforms and both sets (whites) have dirt on them that they did not have when I took them in. Almost as if the edges had been dragged across something dusty. I show the young man working and he says if I leave them they can fix it. I am not able to leave them as I need them on Monday. I ask for a refund so he calls the owner and talks to her on the phone for a second time. I ask to talk. He hangs up and tells me she said if I want a refund or to discuss the issue I will have to come in tomorrow on her time and that she will not talk to me over the phone. Long story short, they just don't provide quality service and you would be much better off spending your hard earned money with a business that does their job and actually cares about customer service vice telling you to come in on their time if you don't like their service. read more

I I hate to write a negative review of a local business, but I had a terrible experience with their alterations service. I brought in a brand new sport-coat and asked them to shorten the sleeves and remove the stitching from the pockets. After picking up the jacket, I tried it on at home and I noticed that the lining was not sewn properly in one of the sleeves, and the stitching had not been removed from the pockets. So I returned to the store and asked them to fix it. The next time i picked it up and returned home. The sleeve was sewn, but it was crooked and unprofessional looking. There was no way I could wear it in public. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. She was out, so I asked her to call me after 2:30. She called me the next morning and seemed to agree to give me a full refund, though her english was difficult to understand. When I brought it in the next day (my 5th visit to the store!) she refused to give a refund and promised to fix it. I had enough and decided to take it to Rancho Tailors. My husband took his brand new collared button down shirts and a pair of slacks here to be dry cleaned after alterations had been done to the shirts at another location. When he went to pick them up, they were not pressed in the way he had requested. The clothes were redone for a second time. When we picked them up the second time, not only were they still not pressed correctly but there was still a small stain on one, dirty finger prints on another, and the loose threads from the alternations were still on the shirts. They looked like they had not been washed, just haphazardly pressed. The pants came back with wrinkles pressed into them. I had to iron both the shirts and the pants when I got home myself. When our concerns were discussed with the owner, she made nothing but excuses as to why they were not done right blaming the clothes themselves. We have been taking our dry cleaning here for years and have never had this happen. Not only were they not done correctly 2 times, I ultimately had to iron them myself after paying for their service. I went back to talk to the owner about how dissatisfied I was with it and wanted a refund. ($27.95) She continued to make excuses why they did not do it right and said she could not refund my money because they had to be done twice. In other words, her time is more valuable than mine. There was no consideration for my dissatisfaction of having to pay for a service that was not done right or my time of having to come back 2 times to find out they were still not done right and the time I had to spend ironing them. For us it is not about the money, it is about the principal. She has absolutely no integrity or pride in her business. She is willing to lose a long time customer over $27.95 because that is more important to her than the years of business we have given her. A refund is the least she could have done to reconcile a now very soured business relationship. read more
