I reached out to PICH Company on Yelp and Joe responded that he could help me out with some patch work and a new light above the sink. I'm really happy I ended up reaching out for him to come help me out. He came over and ended up running a dedicated line into my kitchen before adding a few extra outlets and a light box above the sink that I wanted. Because he's a licensed plumber, he was also able to fix a leaky gas line as well as the sink waste pipe that was quite old and leaky. The patch work turned out excellent also despite the mixed, awkward depth of plastering that he had to match up with. The work is excellent and the basic, patch work I needed turned into something even better with me having far more faith in what was previously a very dated kitchen. Thanks, Joe!

I couldn't fully remove/replace it due to previous wind damage so I decided to replace the entire inner door, frame, and screen door. The Pella salesman showed me types of doors and came by to measure/quote. Unfortunately, they had no openings for installation until January! When the day in January came and it was the coldest day of the year, they almost cancelled, but found another installation crew which was willing to work that day. Even when I found a problem, the door handle being too close to the screen door latch, the salesman and I worked out an excellent solution and he came and replaced the door handle. I would definitely do business with this company again.

When I met James the first day at the property to begin working, I observed that his demeanor and work style is detail oriented, patient, and thorough and accurate. I appreciate that he takes his time to do quality work and would gladly use him again in the future. I would also highly recommend James because he's a hard working, honest, and good person. He was always genuinely kind, cooperative, and flexible with coordinating plans to go back to the property to complete the work considering the situation wasn't convenient for him and I didn't live nearby to be more helpful. I didn't see the results until after everything was done but it turned out exactly how I hoped.

My wife noticed a leak from our roof that was already pushing 30 years old, so we called out some…read morecompanies to take a look and get some estimates on the work. Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

My in-person experience was relatively good - good enough that I was posting about it to family and friends with high recommendation. But the day after the move I went to set up my TV and discovered that the screen was severely cracked, having been (it seems) pinched in the top two corners. The crack spread across the entire top half of the screen. The TV works, but is unusable. I had to buy a new one, which cost me almost $200. I submitted the damage complaint twice and was not even contacted. For a company that calls and emails every day for a week trying to GET my business in the first place, that is particularly gross. As it stands now, I can't imagine ever using or recommending College HUNKS again purely because of the lack of response to my complaints, let alone lack of resolution. If you don't have anything fragile, sure, go ahead. But maybe move the fragile things yourself (my TV was the only fragile thing I did not move myself, and I sorely regret it). I will add that it was a 3.5 hour job that involved moving down from a second floor in a house and then up to a third floor in another house, and the TV was the only thing damaged. It was not packed in a box and the movers assured me they could use their TV bag and it would be fine. It was not fine.
