It took approximately 30 minutes from the time he arrived until the time he was finished. He used about 3 feet of wire that cost 15.00 on Amazon. I will never use their services again. Again, I don't blame the tech, I blame the company for using an app like that and for the OUTRAGEOUS price for half an hour work and 3 feet of wire. I was hoping to find a professional company that I would be able to use long term and be affordable.
