Apparently it was just a wire that needed replacing. But the reason I'm writing this is that they charged me a very reasonable price. I am elderly and I had no idea what the problem was, he could have told me that he replaced parts or anything, how would I have known. I've never seen a price like this in my life I changed out my own toilets and you can buy a decent toilet for $89 at a box store. He then called me back with a new price of $229 because he didn't have the materials with him he was gonna have to charge me to go to pick them up. I paid them the $79 dispatch fee I am driving for two hours to replace my own toilet it's the point. Do not use this service for Plumbing unless you want to get charged these insanely high rates. I don't know how or why people would actually pay this kind of ridiculous prices for a service
