Kevin was so patient in the answering all questions, did a walk through of the bike's features, and was with me every step of the way during the process. Tee was also very helpful and informative as well. (Also was fun to chat a little about road racing too). Renan was super helpful and helped close out the deal and any loose ends. Tee's EuroCycle also offered a decent trade value for my 2020 Aprilia Tuono V41100 Factory. Not exactly what my original request for trade offer but much better than expected given I would have still needed to replace my trackday shagged tires for new rubber and an impending 12,500 mile service will soon be due in 2K miles. We had no intent to buy anything as we were just starting the process and didn't even have a budget or even know what kind or brand of bike to get. Immediately greeted by the guy at the counter, I let him know we just wanted some information. He asked us a few questions and talked us through several options. As he began to narrow down our goals, he walked us outside to show us what he felt would be a good fit. Trying them out in the parking lot we were pleased. Of course I hadn't looked at the price tag, so I asked the question, and much to my surprise they were much less than I expected. This guy could have "up sold" me, but he didn't. This was the right bike for us. No pressure whatsoever, I don't even think he asked us if we wanted to purchase them, but we were so thrilled with the experience we ordered two bikes that day. We got a call that our bikes were ready and went to pick them up. When we arrived, we were met again by one of the owners and he immediately got our bikes. Remember, we are new to this so they could have sold us anything, but no pressure. I asked about helmets, he showed us a few options but suggested one, so we both of them, I also purchased a bike rake for my truck, and they put it together so I could use it bringing my bikes home. They didn't have to do that.... But they did. A family-owned business for 50 years, brand name bikes, surprisingly reasonable prices and great service, I won't think twice if I need anything and will make the drive across town just to do business with these guys. If you think you're going to get a bike cheaper somewhere else, trust me, you will get a cheap bike. I pull up and someone walks out of the door to tell me that I can't get an inspection. I reiterated to him that it was 4:40, that he had 20 more minutes. It was a no go. So my interpretation of the denial is bad management, lazy, employees, and/or I'm confident that the owner of the building and the business is not paying overtime or may not know that his employers are closing the doors at 4:40. I used to go to this business religiously years ago. I'm having a feeling it's been sold from the original owners. So no I don't recommend this business, especially businesses that do not understand Customer Service is king.

Vvvvrooom...vroom vroom vroom....vvvrroooooommm…read more... Getting a headstart on planning my 2016 adventures and decided to see about knocking another item off my bucket list: Riding a motorcycle. Was greeted by a rugged cool MacGyver looking guy who delivered a private Motorcycle 101 crash course (pun!) as we walked the lot. He asked about my intended use and presented some hardcore but stylish options. Many styles & specs to choose from. The staff are friendly and aren't all up on you while you browse. The indoor showroom is small, but is well-organized so despite the room being packed, you get to walk around each one and inspect them. It was busy and there were a few test drives of some of the more recreational vehicles going on. Got a chance to see the joy of riding these vehicles up close. I'm in.

Don't Buy from these guys! Go to Winston Salem they're GREAT!…read more I spent over 26K on a New Can-Am Spyder RT-Limited (top of the line) and barely got enough gas to make it to a gas station. It couldn't have been checked out .....and it was suppose to be brand new. There were lights not working, The side covers weren't properly installed & as far as the new bike orientation when I picked it up....well lets just say no one showed me how to even adjust the radio & set channels for 3 weeks.... but hey "Read the Manual" BUT THAT IS THE GOOD NEWS!!!. Their parts department where I spent another thousand or so sold me a helmet that hurt my ears so badly I begged to swap it out. Then they canceled the helmet that I had ordered for my wife to match because (I latter found out) the helmet was being discontinued and was close out and her size was no longer available. So, not only could I not get a matching helmet for my wife....mine hurt so badly I had to go and purchase one somewhere else since they wouldn't make it good. There excuse was they couldn't take back helmets once sold...yet all internet companies give a 7 to 14 day return for fit and customer service.... and I had complained since the very first time I rode the bike home. So, how much do you have to spend to get good customer service....well it is obviously over $27,000.00 dollars. Except I went to the Can-Am dealer in Winston Salem who I didn't even buy the Can-Am from and they have taken care of my every need....long drive YES, but it is nice to be treated with respect. Oh! and when I called Can-Am to share my experience with them.... I get a call the next day from the dealer..... not to make good on the helmet.... or the gas.... or fixing my lighting issues, but to nicely blow me off and tell me they will be "sending me my tag" so " I won't have to return to their dealership since I felt they treated me so badly". Not a PROBLEM..... and I recommend no one else should either.
