I took delivery of my brand new 1300ES, rode it from FT in Lowell, NC home to Chicago and took it in for the 600 mile new bike checkup. Purchased from them being led to believe that the bike had been thoroughly gone through and so many things done to it. Would have been a good deal if that had been true. I ended up having to basically rebuild the front part of the faring already because it had been repaired with some kind of stuff resembling cheap epoxy. The worst thing is that I was told that I would have to pay for them to repair it when they supposedly had already gone through it completely. The rear brake rotor was warped, which you can't find out when they pretty much refuse to allow any kind of test before you have everything done and the sale is already complete. They are arrogant and you will feel like you no longer exist after they sell you on their garbage. I drive a long way to get parts and service now because I can get so much better treatment elsewhere. read more

**SAFETY ALERT** **BUYER BEWARE** Be careful purchasing CF MOTO products, especially from Full Throttle Powersports in Lowell, NC. On 5-30-2020, I drove 2 hours to Full Throttle Powersports in Lowell, NC and purchased a 2018 CF MOTO ZFORCE 1000. It was a model that the dealership had been borrowing parts from to use on other models and was in pieces at the time in the shop of the dealership. Me, trusting the service mechanics at the dealership, decided to purchase the vehicle. They told me that they would order the replacement parts that it needed and put it back together and have it shipped to me. I received it about a week later and it's been nothing but problems ever since. Hard start problems, jumping in and out of gear issues, decals coming off, front alignment completely out, you name it.. I've taken it twice to Columbia Powersports (at my fuel and time expense) to have problems resolved and it was kept for months each time. When I contacted Full Throttle about the problems in the past and asked them who was going to pay for the fuel to haul it 2 hours to them to "fix under warranty", I was hung up on. Fast forward a few months to December 2021, I took it to put fuel in it today and noticed that when the dealership "put it back together" apparently forgot to put the cotter pins back into the castle nuts that hold the ball joints onto the upper and lower control arms. The upper castle nut is already missing and the bottom one was about to come off. Thank God I noticed this before driving it and the ball joint separating from the control arm. As you can see, with less than 100 miles and 15 hours on it since May 2020, it hasn't been used very much at all, never in mud, and has been in the shop most of it's life (months at a time due to "Covid" and parts availability). I have written emails and numerous phone calls to CF Moto about the lemon that I was sold and they have made zero effort to make it right. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR MACHINE HERE FOR WORK!!!!! Me and a friend bought a new RZR turbo and we're having some overheating issues so brought here figuring we must have a bad temp sensor or something of the sorts. Well after waiting for almost two weeks the tech calls and said it was just a dirty radiator, well that is complete horsecrap since both me and another person had cleaned it out. We then went to WV where the same problem occurred within the first hour. The mechanic in WV said it obvious it was either a sensor or air in the coolant, what we told them in first place. My friend also brought his Polaris sportsman here and spent almost $1700 and it still has problems.THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF AND I WOULD RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR MACHINE ANYWHERE ELSE read more

So far so good. I started with an internet inquiry of stock. It took three days, but finally I got an answer. From that point on service was great! Brad, was awesome, he texted me updates, status and photos. I always knew what was going on with my finance, bike, and upgrades. I ordered my bike on Monday, drove 5 hours to Lowell to pick it up and it was worth it. Only one part was not yet delivered or installed and I would have liked for the technician to be a little more knowledgeable when explaining the bike functions and the technology of the new traction control system. But, the parts should be fedex'ed to me today. Brad called me after I emailed him to confirm the shipping address. Anthony handled the finance and I have no complaints there. All in all, it was a good experience. Not stressful at all. They were professional yet personable and I felt much attended to. Good Job. If I would have had a little better fitting and maybe luch and water it would have been 5 star! But, I'm a critic. So 4 stars from me is darn good. read more

I contacted several Polaris dealers to purchase a Slingshot. I received the typical "we don't talk price over the phone, you have to come in" from everyone except Full throttle. Brad quoted me a price which was which I knew to be a fair one so I scheduled an appointment to meet with him. Every aspect of the purchase was handled with exceptional customer service. I ordered several accessories for the Slingshot to be installed by Full Throttle and FT communicated the status of the order at each step. Check engine light kept coming on on my 16 RZR 1000, took it in and was told the diagnostic fee would be 65.00 to plug machine up to see what the codes were, then we'd go from there. 2 weeks later I get a call from service dept. with an "estimate" to fix all that was needed. All I asked for was a diagnostic for the codes...the "estimate" was over $1400.00 !! This was for wheel bearings,diff. fluids change,and a belt ! The tech got on the phone with a 5 minute explanation about what was making my check engine light come on...this sensor and that sensor was getting a message because my belt was "hour glassed" and slipping just a bit...long story short, I NEEDED A BELT ! So they were going to "up-sale" me for over 1400 bucks ! I told them no way and I would change my own belt.I went to pick up machine up the next day and was told my diognostic fee was 101.00....yep. Paid it, told them I'd never be back,I didn't do business with people that does business like that,got home and put new belt on in 30 minutes.. STAY AWAY !! read more

STAY AWAY!!! DAMAGED EVERYTHING THEY TOUCHED!!! TOOK FOREVER!!! GUARANTEED TO MESS UP YOUR RIDE, BILL YOU FOR PARTS NOT INSTALLED. Went in for a carb cleaning and was talked into sealing the tank and a new pepcock assy. They had the bike for over 30DAYS, I called every week and heard every excuse. The tank was supper sloppy, the pepcock was billed as a NEW PART but after noticing it was INSTALLED WRONG and the gas lines had damage, I was told it was a rebuild kit (a grommet) Then there was the gas leaking from the tank where the valve was installed, and the stripped and stuck screws in the side panels. They billed me for a fuel filter and there WASN"T ONE installed. Shop fee's, they said they couldn't start the bike after it was serviced, charged for spark plugs that it didn't need. The list goes on. I got a refund on some of the petty things but got totally screwed by these guys. They must call labor ready and hire anyone with two arms to do their service. DO NO NOT GO HERE AT ANY COST!. They said to bring the bike back in and they would fix it but I wouldn't let them touch my leaf blower. Everything they touched was damaged. This is not written out of spite, they truly damaged everything they touched, and billed me for parts that weren't there. read more

Bought my Polaris from them and sales service was fine. Ordering parts from them however is pretty much a disaster. Over ten months, I ordered three part orders. The first was for gun boot and hardware for deer season. Boot came in about three weeks later, hardware six weeks after that, well after season was over. I then ordered a windshield and back luggage for my ATV. Neither part was on back order. After weeks and weeks of calling and being given anticipated deliver dates that never happened, I finally went into the dealership, two months after the order. I discovered, after half an hour, that while they had ordered the parts, Polaris had not shipped them and they didn't know why. Parts were already paid for and the updates I was given were evidently made up on the spot. No one even checked it seems when I called and asked for follow up. After they were unable to to locate the status or location of the parts. I had my money refunded, went home and ordered the windshield and got a confirmation from Polaris immediately. Fortunately, and ironically, the back luggage they had ordered with assurances it would fit my ATV, would not. If they have gotten it in, it would have been the wrong part. So, zero for three and lots of wasted time for me. Don't shop for parts here unless this is the type of service you can tolerate. I will not return to Full Throttle for parts, service (sort of a joke there) or purchase. Not a true service capable parts department but wide selection of vehicles. read more

I gave this dealership every chance I could and really tried to like them.... But I just can not. I have had them do warranty repairs on my SXS three times and every time I go to pick it up there is problems. Its always either the work isn't up to par, takes twice as long to do, or they have damaged something else. This last time I was having a door repaired not only did the repair not fix the problem I noticed the my winch had been broken. They destroyed a brand new winch bumper and fairlead. Someone ran the winch in pulling it through the bumper and completely through the rollers damaging the rollers. They did order me a new fairlead and winch bumper, but I refused to have them install it. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I know its hard to please people but I'm easy to please and try to be understanding but this was just to much. I will never purchase anything from this dealer again. Its as if they don't care . I'm sure they are capable of doing the work its just they seem to be careless in the service department. read more

I bought a 2012 Zuma 50 in April of 2012. In May I took it in to replace my back tire. I informed them that Zuma was loosing a lot of drive power on hills. The said it must be the drive belt and the clutch weights. I commented that the bike was a little over than a year old. So consented to have the belt and weights replaced. Then the service manager told me it could take about a month to get the parts and that the upper management was aware and upset about this issue. I was really suprised and bothered as this was my main vehicle and this was a bike that is still in production and it shouldn't be hard to get the parts that in production. So I canceled the order for the belt and the clutch weights. Jump a months ahead and I was checking the gap on my spark plug and the damn thing broke off and there was no way for me to get the remaining piece out. That's my fault and have no problem paying for the repair and labor. Well the repair took about 3 weeks. I called to check on the progress, and low and beholed the service guy said that my cylinder and piston were worped due to over heating (even thought originally stated it was only a belt)I countered they're accusation. I always kept proper matenece oil, tranny fluid and coolant. At no point did I ever see the over heat light come on. They countered with we have never seen that happen any other way. I said order the parts piston ring set, piston, piston pin and the cylinder. They said that the part could be back ordered for a few months. This confounded me as Yamaha is a international bike builder and never heard of a major dealer having this type of parts supply problem. I made several calls to corporate and they said that the best they could do was to try to put a rush order on it. Everyone from the dealer on up to corporate were less than understanding. I still tried to no avail that the engine never overheated and felt this was a factory defect. I kept calling and was never getting a return call on the progress of getting the parts or work out something with the pricing of the repair...which is up to $725. Even two of the service personal stated that they would be pissed as well. This dealer Full Throttle Powersports, Inc in Lowell , NC. The corporate HQ out of Los Angeles was less then helpfull in fact they were condescending at almost ever call. read more

I purchased a Polaris 570 Sportsman at the first of September. I had it two weeks and it started making a strange sound in the front end. I took it back to the dealership to have it assessed and after the service department told me repeatedly that I may have to pay for the repairs The service tech rode it and heard the sound and stated "something is wrong" and they would keep it and look at it. He then told me again I may have to pay for any repairs. Again, it was only two weeks old and I had purchased an extended warranty. They stated they were behind but should get to it in a week. This was two weeks ago. I called to check on the progress.There had been none so I dropped in today and they said they had not even looked at it. Once again they simply stated they were behind. They never apologized for the delay or gave me another date. They honestly acted as though they did not care. I will never set foot in this establishment again. I have NEVER encountered this type of "Customer Service" or I should say, lack there of. The feeling I did get was, we have your money so screw you. I will be taking my business somewhere that believes in keeping their customers and doing the right thing. I will let you know where that is. I don't want anyone else going through what I did. With a purchase this big you expect more than what we have received. I like most people don't have money to throw away. read more
