Second, I was on a time crunch and even though I messaged them the day before I was trying to get in, and they were full up they had me drop off the car so they could work on it for me. The only negative thing I have to say is that it appears they lost the emissions sticker to my vehicle, not sure how I am going to deal with that back in my state but it'll get figured out at some point. I scheduled an appointment online to tint my two front windows and had to leave a deposit to secure the appointment. That was fine because the $30 deposit was applied toward the cost of the tint work. We arrived a little early, and they were able to fit us in right away. The work was completed much faster than expected. After letting the tint cure for a week, I noticed a small issue with one of the windows. Paul told me to bring it by the shop, and he fixed it without any hassle. This is the second car I've brought to Paul and his shop in the last five years, and I'll continue coming back and recommending them to others. Looks awesome from what I've seen in the shop, but I haven't gone that route (none of my cars have been wrapped... yet). My only "complaint," which is really a compliment in disguise: their time estimates tend to drift by about 30 to 45 minutes. That's because they refuse to rush your car off the line. Every vehicle gets meticulous attention, and they hand it back like they're genuinely proud of the work. I'll trade an extra half hour for that kind of quality any day. Five stars.
