Took my new GLB here to get the windows tinted. Called on Saturday and got an appointment for 1pm the following Monday. I came in to see their samples of the differences in the tints and brands. There was a younger man who showed me and explained/answered any questions I had. They had quoted me a price via email when I submitted my information and I felt it was very fair. I did 5% for the rear/back and I believe 35% on the front driver/passenger windows. With the windshield strip as well. I dropped my car off and a couple hours later they called me to come and pick up my car. Gave me directions and an invoice after I paid. I brought my newly acquired '13 Mini Cooper S to them to get the 2 front windows tinted in 35% and then my e46 M3 to get it's passenger side window retinted (old tint was damaged). Both cars had previously installed tint on all the other windows, so I requested them to color match what was already there. Not only did they do a fantastic job in tint matching, but both instances I was in and out in under 30 minutes (scheduled appointments). I really wanted to like this place because their customer service is excellent. I had ceramic tint installed on all my windows, but after three days, bubbles started appearing. When I brought it back, they redid almost all the windows without hesitation, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bubbles reappeared again. Just purchased my vehicle and couldn't go a day without it being tinted looked around on google maps & noticed this shop had 5 stars called a few places before but almost every shop was closing for the day or unprofessional or overpriced . I called and the phone was answered like a legit business they was able to give me reasonable prices over the phone even though they were close to closing time I was told if I can make it in 10 mins they would do it for me I arrived a lil after and when I walked into the establishment nobody wasted any time to help me they were very patient with me while I tried to figure out what tint percentage I wanted and once I figured that part out all 4 of them got straight to work i was literally in and out it was done so fast I couldn't believe it I love the quality so much I'm making this review 2 weeks later because I can't stop looking at my vehicle no bubbles streaks or anything I honestly wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else and I would recommend that for you also it was worth every dollar they also put stickers on my window buttons so I wouldn't forget about rolling down the window before the 3-5 days and advised what products to use and not use to clean my windows btw this is not my first vehicle and I've been to plenty tint shop this is by far the best one I have been to so I can see why it has 5 stars. read more

BTG does a great job on my vehicle's tint every time. They can recommend a good product for you if you aren't sure what to get. They include a lifetime warranty against peeling/cracking/fading/bubbling on their tint, but I've never needed it on any of my cars. I've had my cars tinted there for several years and the tint lasts indefinitely. You don't need to spend several hundreds of dollars at another shop. You'll have a great experience here!
