The tests he ran were inconclusive and when I asked him what we was should look into trying next he literally shrugged and said, "get another opinion". Whatever he did prescribe was at his nurse's suggestion and he openly said, doubt that will work". He left my kid completely hopeless that her skin condition was fixable and offered no support or helpful suggestions. The office was also extremely dated and less than clean.

After a couple of months I was disappointed in one of the pairs. The glasses felt two heavy and large for my face and kept sliding down. The frames were of good quality, but they just didn't seem to fit. I went back to Optics International, just to see if there was anything they could do to make them fit better. I explained everything to them, and could not believe when they said I could return the glasses and pick out another pair. I found another pair of frames and in about two weeks I had a complete new pair of glasses. I have never had another eyeglass company do that. I purchased glasses at another place several years ago and the plastic color on the frames actually pealed off and I had to fight to get them to replace the frames. I will definitely purchase all my glasses there from now on. The glasses may cost more than some of the cheaper places, but you get two pairs and the services is great and they back up their product. Well worth the difference in price.

A brand-new Band saw still in the box had been previously sold, this saw was never used, the price of this item was $249.00, we paid our pawn fee in full but never received any compensation for the saw. Every time we stopped to check in at the store, we were informed the store was waiting for the IT department to contact them so and that the tools where placed in the back and not on the shelves
