Darn it, I was even prepared to go to west end just to get a real pro. It was a blessing I found these guys. Nards and Chris are both technicians from the Philippines (which speaks volumes about their technical skills, polite demeanor and friendly attitude) with years of experience and they, among other in-house techies, run the shop. Very professional and knowledgeable without a fuzz. Prices are extremely reasonable if not downright cheap (which means you were only getting robbed from other shops knowing the real price for the job is). Booking an appointment is sometimes challenging but they'll try to accommodate you if they can. Parking is a bit of a challenge but not impossible as McDonalds is close nearby.

As soon as we came in, we were greeted and asked what we could be helped with. We were directed to the aisle we needed, and told to ask staff on the floor for any questions we had on the products. Sure enough, there were dozens of brands and models on the shelves. A floor staff came by and offered assistance. We asked what brands they personally preferred, and they gave their top 2 recommendations. We narrowed our choices, also noting that several models were on sale. In general, I've found their pricing highly competitive before as well. There were so many choices, it was a bit overwhelming to keep the features on them all straight. We easily located another staff passing by, and they answered questions about the models we had narrowed it down to. In total, we approached staff 3 times. They were honest and helpful. Even when we got to the checkouts, the staff asked whether we needed anything else, and mentioned a helpful tip about contacting the manufacturer to inquire about a replacement part for the previous headphones. (Turns out that the manufacturer could do that, and sent the replacement part in the mail free of charge.) We were carefully advised that they can't accept a return on the item if the box is opened, but not a problem with the receipt in the number of days specified otherwise. I also love that they're not in the mall and have ample parking in the plaza. I've never regretted shopping here, so I don't bother buying electronics anywhere else before coming here first.

WARNING: Do NOT trust this shop with your phone repairs…read more We brought our iPhone in for a screen replacement on December 19. From the moment we got it back, the phone was freezing, becoming unresponsive, and the display colors were visibly off -- all signs of a faulty repair or defective part. On March 8, we returned after a thick vertical line appeared on the screen. They replaced it again under warranty, but not before implying my son had caused the damage -- which he firmly denies. That second replacement was done around 1:00 PM. By 7:00 PM the same day -- less than 6 hours later -- the screen stopped working entirely. The screen protector was completely intact, ruling out any physical damage on our end. We are now being told they will not fix it and that WE are responsible for the damage. This is completely unacceptable. This is our third visit for what should have been a simple screen replacement. The pattern is clear -- either defective parts are being used, or the installation quality is poor, and rather than taking accountability, they are blaming the customer. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a phone repair to look elsewhere. This shop takes no responsibility for their own work and will leave you worse off than when you came in.
