We headed here on an errand to get new headphones. We came to Canada Computers because we knew there would be a better selection than Best Buy and more knowledgeable staff. As soon as we came in, we were greeted and asked what we could be helped with. We were directed to the aisle we needed, and told to ask staff on the floor for any questions we had on the products. Sure enough, there were dozens of brands and models on the shelves. A floor staff came by and offered assistance. We asked what brands they personally preferred, and they gave their top 2 recommendations. We narrowed our choices, also noting that several models were on sale. In general, I've found their pricing highly competitive before as well. There were so many choices, it was a bit overwhelming to keep the features on them all straight. We easily located another staff passing by, and they answered questions about the models we had narrowed it down to. In total, we approached staff 3 times. They were honest and helpful. Even when we got to the checkouts, the staff asked whether we needed anything else, and mentioned a helpful tip about contacting the manufacturer to inquire about a replacement part for the previous headphones. (Turns out that the manufacturer could do that, and sent the replacement part in the mail free of charge.) We were carefully advised that they can't accept a return on the item if the box is opened, but not a problem with the receipt in the number of days specified otherwise. I also love that they're not in the mall and have ample parking in the plaza. I've never regretted shopping here, so I don't bother buying electronics anywhere else before coming here first. read more

Visited Vaughan Mills Canada Computers and happen to see Milad, a Sales Associate and he is been simply amazing. He guided me right through complete process in upgrading my Desktop. Offered me the Bundle savings on three components rather than buying three individuals and pay more. Worked the best in my case, and I appreciate his guidance. Staff there are unprofessional and just because there is a high demand for CPU and GPU, they can just be rude with customers. Ignore back ordering and claim that stock won't be back until mid next year. Not a day goes by, stock shows up of the desired item. I'll gladly take my money somewhere else read more

I ordered a gaming PC on Canada computers website it says it came in and I didn't receive it. I contacted customer support. I had a guy name Carlo which was awful experience says that it's been delivered and he cannot help me with anything. I have been scammed $1700 and no help. They scam me for a PC and my money and now they are not answering me anymore. Do not shop here. It is horrible. read more

Very clean and well organised store. I didn't explore much as I was in a hurry. One little inconvenience I faced though is that bags/backpacks are not allowed. However, free safes are provided for you to keep your bags while you shop. Also, the product list and price on their website is slightly different from what's actually in the store. read more

I find myself going to this location quite often for my computing needs, prices are reasonable and they seem to carry a good selection. Although they are off of Hwy 400, traffic from the mall makes getting in and out of the area challenging depending on the time of day. Service in this store has improved but still hit and miss, if someone ask you if you need anything, take the offer or you may never get the help again, either because they are busy helping others or you may be told they are busy doing something else and can't help you (for some reason that one puts me off as they are obviously not with anyone). Canada computers in general used to have more competition but it seems like they've outlasted them, so in that respect, they are doing something right. Great place to buy for your computing needs but service does lack from time to time. read more

I'm the type of shopper that goes in and already has the product in mind. I do all my research before hand and don't consult with sales people when I shop. Tech stores are toys stores to me. If I went in without a clue I would probably impulse buy the whole store. :) This store is spacious and well stocked.It has many of the items available on the shelves for customers to handle. Fragile or very valuable items like processors, hard drives, motherboards are kept behind the counter. Canada Computers has handy real time product inventory tracking system on their website showing which of their locations have stock. However if you're coming from a long distance for an item I would strongly recommend checking the site and calling the store to verify stock. (Been accurate in my experience) What's different between this store and other Canada Computer's? It's larger I find and has a bigger photography section. I've never had a problem at Canada Computers yet, but I never had to return anything either. :p read more

This place has just about everything, so make sure you come in knowing what you're looking for otherwise you'll leave with a big hole in your wallet. Canada Computers doesn't always have the best prices, so look around beforehand (I use ca.pcpartpicker.com). They had the cheapest SSD hard drive I was looking for, but the display price wasn't updated. It still rang up to the correct discounted price. this location is great, because it is so close to work, which leads me to want to spend some of my lunches in the store, just browsing around, looking at some nice goodies. this isn't the best location I've been to, but for what this location offers, its better then going to best buy. my only complaints would be that the parking lot is a puzzle in itself with the road ways having medians and no U-turn signs, the other complaint I have, if you don't do you're research you wont find someone on the floor to help you out *most times* staff are pretty friendly, not sure about the people in returns *never returned at this location* stock is very good most of the time *check online just incase* lots of parking, even though the unit is in a plaza read more

Henry from service was very courteous and helpful, and really knowledgeable. My son built the gaming computer and had trouble with CPU. They ran the diagnostic and found the issue and resolved it. It took a month period probably due to year end staff shortage and usual warranty process from the vendor. Henry called me to reassure I knew why it took this long for repair. Canada computers is a scam at one time they were great but in western Canada the general feeling from managers is that they have a monopoly for computer parts. I go to NCIX whenever i can they always price match any price honestly i have come to hate there shady business practices. If you shop at cc don't expect and type of consistency, or customer service and definitely don't expect price match, out of 10 items they may be able to price match two. after my last few experiences i refuse to shop with them. The only reason NCIX can compete with them is becouse ncix alsmost always have low stock of even common items and that is the only reason. read more

I visited this store for the first time yesterday as a friend was in town and thought it would be fun to drag me around Vaughan as they shopped for a laptop. After visiting Tiger Direct, Staples, Best Buy and Future Shop, I remembered this store. Walking in, one is overwhelmed with the amount of items they carry. While my friend went to look at computers, I wandered around the store and them remembered I wanted to pick up a media player for my TV. Others have recommended either Raspberry Pi or Peevos as 2 options. When I found the media centre section, a staff member came over and asked if he could assist. I explained what I was looking for and he explained the virtues of both components and their disadvantages. He was knowledgeable and friendly and did not attempt to persuade me purchase something else. Although neither was in stock, he advised me that the Peevos is a regular item that they carry but it sells out quickly. Said to check their website for stock...much easier than coming back to the store. Although we left without purchasing anything (the laptop she wanted was on sale at Tiger Direct), this store is now on my radar. I will return when looking to source a computer, camera, etc based strictly on this particular employees customer service skills. read more

Store refused the return eventhough the employee did not conduct the check on sale, and the receipt was not initialed as completed.
