She was thorough yet reserved and I comprehend her reasoning. I was nervous today as I've had nothing but bad to terrible experiences with dental visits most recently, in the past several years and as a child. I did return to Dr. Sanger's office for cleaning of my teeth and was so very nervous as usual.....but for the dental hygienist Miss Sylvia. She was interested in every aspect of my dental health and seemed genuinely so. She asked questions, heard while processing the answers and responded candidly. Throughout the entire procedure she was exemplary of conduct, explanation and kindness. Although I wanted to jump out of the dental chair and run...I did not due to Miss Sylvia's gentle nature. Thank you for your expert care and caring demeanor. See you for my next visit. Can believe I just committed to that!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed about 8 hours ago and I feel great! The procedure was shorter than I ever imagined and I hardly felt a thing! Dr. Sanchez went over every aspect of the procedure before he began and even guided me through breathing techniques to help ease my anxiety! To top it all off, I was offered an iPod to listen to while the drilling and pulling was going on-- thank goodness for that! Last but certainly not least, the staff here are amazing. However, the office staff has been wonderfully helpful to me, answering questions about procedures, follow ups, and even insurance. They have been great to work with and a pleasure to see every month. Dr. Garabedians did my recent two oral surgeries in August/Sept. He was great - patient to answer questions, sensitive to my anxiety (and tears!), and calm, with a nice sense of humor too! I'd recommend this office to any one needing Periodontal care.

I called to cancel an appt for late May using the phone number on Dr. Wells business card and…read moreprevious receipts....when the recorder came on I left a message that I wanted to cancel my appt on the 27th, but the recorder referred to another Dr...Sanger I think, and said that the office was closed. Closed for lunch, closed for the day, closed forever...it didn't say. I called back and stayed on the line in order to talk with the after-hours receptionist. She had no idea about the confusion of why another Dr would be announced for Dr Wells office number. I asked that someone call me but so far only crickets.

Packwood Creek Dental was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dental office. The…read morelength of time that they kept me waiting with absolutely no treatment was inexcusable. I sat in a room for 30 minutes before heading in for X-rays. Once the X-rays were completed, it was back to the room for more waiting. The staff members were friendly. When I asked one of the staff members if they did teeth whitening, they must have saw dollar signs because out of nowhere, Dr Hilda Wee pops in within 30 seconds to sell me whitening. This woman was full of doom and gloom without even looking in my mouth and I could see the dollar signs rolling in her eyes like a slot machine. The kicker was that there was only one hygienist on site that day and I would have to either wait until she was done or schedule another appointment. By this time I had been there for 90 minutes. I decided to schedule another appointment, but with another dental office because these guys are a complete joke and waste of my Friday afternoon.

Dr G has been my dentist since she started working in Visalia. She bought the business from my…read moreformed dentist. I was so happy to have a woman dentist. Smaller hands help. From the very beginning she was very reassuring. She explained everything that was going to happen. She'd answer all questions asked. We developed a very nice relationship. I knew I could call Dr G any time of the day with any problems or questions. Her staff is very supportive and extremely nice. They go that extra mile to make you comfortable and not nerve. I moved away for 4 years. Once I knew I was moving back to the area I made an appointment to see Dr G. Her staff and Dr G was so excited to see me as I was with them. I am so glad that I was able to come back to my dentist. This group treats and makes you feel like you're family.
