Wonderful community. This is where a close family member got sober. It saved his life and I'm so thankful.

I was initially skeptical about ketamine therapy, but every step of the process was clearly explained and handled with care. I felt genuinely respected throughout my treatment, and after my first series, I left feeling noticeably lighter and more rejuvenated than I have in a long time. The entire experience was supported by a compassionate staff and overseen by an excellent provider. I'm especially grateful to Clint and the team, who made me feel welcomed and supported in a way that felt almost like family. Ketamine has become one of the most meaningful parts of my healing journey, and I'm sincerely thankful I found Complete Ketamine Solutions.

In my experience without music, the experience can seem a bit industrial and not as soothing. Def music with positive vibrations and I prefer no lyrics. Make sure to give yourself about a half hour after to acclimate and feel recalibrated before leaving. If it's your first time I'd suggest an Uber or ride home after. It's been one of the only things that has helped my husband and a close friend of mine.

No longer privy to the Vanderbilt Student Health Center I had to grow up and look for my own…read moredoctor! I ended up coming across Dr. Nancy Lipsitz of Heritage Medical Associates and had a great experience! To start, the medical building has free parking, which already made me happy. Dr. Lipsitz shares a suite with a few other doctors, and their waiting room doesn't have that super uncomfortable waiting room feel to it, which was nice. Mostly by that I mean that it wasn't just chalk full of books and magazines on babies and parenting (which drives me insane), but instead also offered reading materials for those of us who aren't in the baby making business (I spent some time looking at wine and sports magazines). The receptionist was friendly, and I didn't have to wait at all once I filled out my entry form. The exam room was a bit cold, which isn't fun when you aren't wearing much in the clothing department, however, Dr. Lipsitz made me so comfortable I didn't care. She was nice and friendly, she clearly is good at what she does, and though its never fun to be poked and prodded she made me comfortable and didn't drag it out. Thank you Dr. Lipsitz.

I had a fairly long wait, however, once Dr. Lipsitz walked in she immediately apologized and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was very sweet and thorough and sat and talked with me about what I do in my life when she was clearly busy. I am veryyy picky about my doctors and from my first impression, I've found "the one"! She was wonderful and Id recommend her to anyone looking an awesome gyno!

I needed an urgent double procedure and Nashville Endoscopy scheduled me in 2 days! The Office…read moreManager Carrie Buie called and emailed me detailed instructions on what to do and what to expect. The reason why this is not a 5* review is because in the middle of the night I got very sick from the prepping and when I called Ascension Health, the On Call Dr was unable to give me any direction except to call Nashville Endoscopy's after hours number. However there was no after hours number to call. I left a message and at 7:30am I received a call back from Carrie reassuring me all was still ok and gave me a few more instructions. I arrived at the appointment and filled out paperwork. I was concerned about the part where the Anesthesiologist was out of network but I was reassured not to worry as it was just standard paperwork given to all in case it was out of network although not relevant for me. After getting changed into my hospital gown, Dr Inglis came, and chatted with me going over important aspects followed by the Anesthesiologist who said he was going to give me Propofol "the Michael Jackson drug" but that he was a real anesthesiologist so not to worry about side effects like Michael Jackson. I was covered in a very warm blanket and wheeled into the procedure room. I was given a huge plastic catheter injected into my arm. Then some kind of contraption was placed in my mouth to prevent me from biting down on the scope and for the scope to go down my throat easily. As all this was happening, I was told the anesthesia was about to start and said a quick prayer. Next thing I know, I hear a nurse welcoming me back and I'm kind of groggy but aware of what is happening around me. My throat was sore and I had an immediate need to use the restroom. I was given a recovery packet with images of my stomach and colon and after getting changed was wheeled to the valet area for my caregiver to pick me up. The next day, I received a text if I had any pains and when I texted YES, a nurse followed up with me. She said I could call Dr Inglis anytime 24/7 if I had any concerns and that my biopsies would be back within 10 days. Overall this was a really good experience. They managed to squeeze me in at the last minute due to the urgency stated by my GI Doctor and I had a really positive experience. PS - I just hope I don't get a separate Anesthesia bill but if I do, I will surely update my review with details.

I tried for a week to speak to someone to make an appointment but no one would call me back. My Primary Care physician finally got in touch with the Center and I was able to schedule a tele-health visit. I received numerous text messages and telephone calls reminding me about the tele-health appointment. Then the doctor never called when the appointment was scheduled. I called Vanderbilt Health and their staff was excellent -- friendly, professional and helpful. Appointment was scheduled within a matter of minutes. If it were possible to give a negative one star, I would.
