As we entered, he was finishing another group, or at least trying to. Shortly after they walked out the door, they walked back in. They keys he had given them did not match the vehicle they had reserved. For whatever the reason, it wasn't a simple matter of handing them the correct keys, he had to void the rental and start all over. Midway through this nightmare, another "renter" walks in plus some random folks trying to buy Lotto tickets. These people are so frustrated, they finally leave. We, however, have to stay since we are committed to move this stuff today. All in all, what should have been a 15 minute process took well over an hour. If you're going to leave someone in charge of this operation, make sure you train them. This guy was struggling to get anything done.

The prescription process isn't always the staffs fault, it can be the system. Of note is at some point I was getting calls that meds were ready through the automated system and when I show up to get them the staff would work quickly to get it together for me. I don't know why I would be called about it being ready if they are going to wait for me to show to fill it. It seems to have stopped but I think only because now I call and confirm that the bottle is filled and in the basket waiting. I like the convenience of where the pharmacy is in relation to my house and the drive up. But if Danny ever left out would be the incentive I need to look at ordering meds online. Until then Danny holding it down. Promote that man!!

Lacks manners towards customers. I had went to this cvs location with my grandmother to pick up her prescriptions. Erika was high upon greeting with an absolute reek of marijuana. Very dismissive and ignorant towards the needs of CVS' patients. CVS should be more responsible, and drug tests their employees to make sure they're up to par and capable of at least doing their job. We will undoubtedly NOT be returning.

When I realized the tank valve was defective, I brought it back to them but they would not exchange it because I didn't bring it back the same day I received it. Sorry if I didn't use it day of! Manager didn't care that I am now out the money for the tank & the money for the propane. Also, called the propane company and they said she should take the tank back and they would give her another one - no problem.

For a lousy $7, I got what I paid for --- not much! There was still dirt embedded in the door handles and wheel wells etc. The icing on the cake: at the END, there's NOBODY to dry off your car. It causes a disarray of cars exiting the wash NOT knowing what to do & where to go. NOBODY is waiting at the finish. One person told me that there were no towels. Luckily, I had a towel in my car to DO IT YOURSELF -- self serve! NOT going back despite convenient location.
