Very dismissive and ignorant towards the needs of CVS' patients. CVS should be more responsible, and drug tests their employees to make sure they're up to par and capable of at least doing their job. However, my experiences there have only worsened, with unbearable attitudes and frequent hold-ups on my prescriptions. When I ask someone at the counter, I often get a blank stare as if they don't understand, then they go back and laugh with coworkers, mocking customers repeatedly. This has persisted for over 15 months, and no matter who manages the pharmacy, it's clear they tolerate this unprofessional behavior. The one in Yorktown, ny not much better. Abject incompetence is an appropriate description…read more Here is my story: We were going to be passing through Yorktown and needed to pick up critical prescriptions on day 0. These are refills for an existing customer who has used Walgreens for several years. The drugs were branded drugs that the pharmacy generally needs to order them with lead time. On day -12 (12 days before our scheduled stop), I spoke to Tanila, the pharmacy operations manager. We reviewed the the medications. She told me that the pharmacy only holds prescriptions for 10 days, and thus would hold off on submitting the refills for two days. It turns out the refills were placed immediately. This is the genesis of the problem because the 10 day clock started immediately. On day -3, I called back and spoke to Garassimos, a pharmacy technician and told me when we would be coming. He said that the drugs had been ordered on day -12, and thus would be restocked in two days. He said he would renew the order, thus extending the hold time. Called back on day -2 and was told everything was fine. The drugs would be there. Arrived in the late afternoon on day 0. Guess what: all drugs had been re-stocked. Two drugs happened to be available at the pharmacy, and they could fill. To get the other one, we had to go on a wild goose chase. I was back to dealing with Tanila, who said she only had stock visibility locally, but this was out of our itinerary. After some wrangling, she did ultimately solve the problem. For the third drug, we had to go 45 minutes out of way, but did get there before the pharmacy closed. The incompetence at day -12 and day -3 caused untold pain and problems. It's time to clean house and re-staff the pharmacy.

When I realized the tank valve was defective, I brought it back to them but they would not exchange it because I didn't bring it back the same day I received it. Sorry if I didn't use it day of! Manager didn't care that I am now out the money for the tank & the money for the propane. For a lousy $7, I got what I paid for --- not much! There was still dirt embedded in the door handles and wheel wells etc. The icing on the cake: at the END, there's NOBODY to dry off your car. It causes a disarray of cars exiting the wash NOT knowing what to do & where to go. NOBODY is waiting at the finish. One person told me that there were no towels. Luckily, I had a towel in my car to DO IT YOURSELF -- self serve! NOT going back despite convenient location.
