We planned a complete overhaul of our backyard and she was there at every stage. First, she helped us understand what plants we had. She spent an hour with us teaching us about them and how to prune them and take care of them. When it came time to start our major project, she came to our house multiple times to talk about how plants would be laid out, and she met with our patio contractor in person to coordinate their efforts. Eventually, Jennifer and her crew came to plant a bunch of items, add mulch, and generally spruce things up. She had great advice at every step. The cost for her services was extremely reasonable. She provided invoices by email and was very communicative. There were also multiple instances when she suggested how we might accomplish some tasks ourselves so that we didn't have to pay her for them. She's also just a nice person, including when she brought our newborn son a birthday card. The fact that this is a woman-owned business and she has an all-woman landscaping crew is just the icing on the cake. We will look forward to calling on her again in the future. This business, and Jennifer in particular, is a total gem in the world of home and outdoor service providers.

AWFUL. over the past 3 years they have pulled full (common familiar) plants out of my garden as…read more"weeds" while leaving the weeds. They ignore "DO NOT TOUCH" signs. They use a leaf blower to blast snow from walkways shooting rock salt onto our lawns preventing grass from ever growing. They shoot black mulch EVERYWHERE including against the house (permanent stains on siding) and covering the crushed rock drainage with inches of mulch, basically forcing rain into my basement. You can call and call and call and they promise a call back but you'll never get one. Worst Ever. I will be meeting with my Condo Association about changing.
