They use a leaf blower to blast snow from walkways shooting rock salt onto our lawns preventing grass from ever growing. They shoot black mulch EVERYWHERE including against the house (permanent stains on siding) and covering the crushed rock drainage with inches of mulch, basically forcing rain into my basement. You can call and call and call and they promise a call back but you'll never get one. Worst Ever. I will be meeting with my Condo Association about changing.

Herb has never had to be called. He keeps his eye on the property and is there when he needs to be. Our grounds look great under his care.
