I've had some places that were ok at it. Some, even great at it. However, inevitably the brow starts to become thinner and thinner, or, you get your skin waxed off of your ultra sensitive upper eye lid. (Yes, that happened to me. In Anchorage. Ouch.) That's all different now because I've FINALLY gotten an esthetician who KNOWS her stuff.
