Initially, Andrea didn't know if they could get to me on such short notice, but she did everything she could to make it happen and called to keep me up-to-date in the mean time. The guys were finishing up another job and could squeeze me in and so they did. Colton and (I can't remember the other guy's name - sorry other guy!) were great - professional, nice, polite, kept me in the loop on what was going on and what they were doing, etc. They came in and took a look at the situation, how the sewer lines were run, gave me their pricing which I agreed to, and got to work. Waste water now flows into the sewer again! I think their prices are probably a bit high, but (whose isn't?) they do not charge by the hour, at least not for unplugging a sewer, and they were able to show up within a few hours of my initial call. So was it worth it? Of course it was! I now have two trusted plumbing companies I can call when things go awry.

No one showed up, and no call was made that day to explain. The following day, someone did reach out to reschedule, and a new appointment was set for 7/1 in a 9am-12pm window. On 7/1, the technician again never arrived. I called at noon for an update and was told someone would call me back. That call never came. I called again at 2pm, and was again told I'd receive a callback with an update -- no explanation was offered, and at that point I had no reason to believe it would actually happen. I ended up canceling the appointment myself. Two weeks after my initial call, my issue remains unresolved, and I've now taken two half-days off with nothing to show for it. Aside from the one callback to reschedule after the first no-show, there was no proactive communication about delays and no real accountability for the missed appointments. If you need reliable, communicative service, I cannot recommend this company. Repeated no-shows, combined with a lack of follow-through on promised updates, made this one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had.
