However, when it came time for them to plow this year, they did not show up. I called and was informed by Tara that I did not return my contract that was sent in August. In the past, Tara always called us anytime there was any questions about our service, so I was shocked when she informed me that they had no room in their schedule for us. We had several issues over the years with damage to our lot but last year they hit a vehicle in our parking lot causing a significant amount of damage. They did have the vehicle repaired, but their service quality has steadily declined not to mention the appalling customer service.
