As such we typically will spend a few minutes at these centers waiting for the ambulance to arrive and take us to the hospital. They all follow the same playbook and vary a bit in terms of amenities. To be fair, we seldom stay long and its always when we arrive. As such I cannot comment on fuel prices or any other aircraft related services since 1) I don't really care (not being flip, but I'm on the medical side so I have other worries, 2) don't own the plane, 3) have no idea if the fuel prices are competitive or not. If I were a plane owner or pilot these would be more pressing. What I can comment on is the excellent customer experience we received. The two staff members on this day were super helpful and friendly. When the ambulance got lost they helped direct them to our location to pick us up. The waiting area had fresh coffee, and was clean and comfortable. In addition the restrooms were spotless. When we returned the same crew stood by to assist us with the complex process of loading a patient into the aircraft. We did not need help but it was nice knowing they were available.

I'm waiting for a flight to Vegas on this warm Sunday in January. Plenty of seating at the gate (both of them). When I was a kid I flew into some old, small, airports, nostalgic. This airport although small is classy. The Allegiant staff and airport staff have all been professional and in a neighborly way. My gripe is the Vending area/machines...really two of four were broken, none of them have the "price" you'll pay. Then it was a guessing game as to which flavor of sodas are remaining inside the machine. I'd suggest a new vender to replace the current company. Never the less it is what it is, I've seen American airlines will soon be competing for gate access, good for all of us. The check in line was a bit slow, I needed to get a boarding pass as the electronic version wasn't available for me (another story) Part of the slow moving line was a computer that was causing the operator some frustration. The other agent was obligated to help those is the "Premier" passenger status. I had no luggage to check so it was an easy process to get my B Pass and move on to the TSA. I'm of pre-check status and was quickly checked and ushered to the departure gate. The crew did a fast job to turn the plane around, my hats off to them. We were nearly if not completely full and the door was closed 10 minutes early. Lets Go! and soon enough we were in the air, Santa Maria doesn't have much air traffic. The drink cart was pushed down the isle, everything is for sale, no complementary sodas on this airline...Which brings me to my critique, of Allegiant. The flight was advertised @ $93 round trip, Okay great BUT the BS additional fees, baggage, gate fee, combination fee, ah... TSA fee, taxes, out the door at $ 213.00. This kind of literal deception should be illegal. Tell us the price, period. Allegiant certainly isn't the only company or business with this practice. You can say Well I'm not bringing luggage so you can't charge me for that, right We are not given a choice so why isn't it just part of what their going to charge for a flight. Marryher…read more So this bus station closes for 2 and 1/2 hours a day which is very California actually if you think about it. There was a time when it was 24 hours, no longer. It's not much to look at, but it is not the Santa Maria Greyhound bus station at East Boone Street, which closed maybe permanently, and they relocated to the Santa Maria Transit Center starting in 2016, and that's where this is. It's basically in the middle of town and has nice white look with brown roof on top of that. It's cute and it gets the job done. She asked for Maria so I Senther Maria.

The thing that I like about this Greyhound, though, is that the people who work here are incredibly nice. Sometimes I feel like I love at Greyhound, and some of them are so problematic. Yet, at this greyhound the clerk was billingual, he printed my ticket that was meant to be printed at home with no hassle, and he printed out a bag tag even though I forgot to ask for one because he saw me bring one in. Over the past two years, I've tried to get two planes painted here. The first plane, it was impossible to get any kind of response from them. When they finally did respond, I had already taken the plane down to Corona Air Paint. The owner over there, Ilio is super responsive. He even texts you to keep you in the loop. When I bought my second plane, I asked for a quote. They provided a quote for the wrong work. I then brought my plane to them and met with the owner and a number of staff members. They said they'd send over a quote right away. We're not at the 6-week mark -- still no quote. Over 10 emails sent, numerous phone calls taken...nothing. I simply can't recommend this shop. I see them doing all these planes for popular YouTube pilots, maybe that's all they have time for these days.

Used the service for a trip to Spain. I needed transportation to LAX from Santa Maria. I tried to…read morebook online but kept getting a code required message that was supposed to be sent to my email. I never got the email. I tried this for several days and gave up and called to book. Booking by phone was fast and the operator was helpful and informed. She did not know why I was having trouble booking online. She said you could eat/drink in the vehicle but to not leave a mess. Total cost for roundtrip transport for my situation was just under $180. On the day/time of my transport, I parked my car in the general airport parking lot (free). I had to fill out some paperwork because my car was going to be there for more than 2 weeks. Shuttle was ready at the scheduled time. We made stops in Buellton and a rest break in Ventura. Driver was good but spoke very little English. A/C was functioning properly as it was hot outside. There is no form of entertainment (TVs), outlets to charge your electronic devices (phone), or WiFi. This is definitely a good service for the cost.
