The airport has its advantages and disadvantages. I like this airport, the parking is free. With…read morethe costs of "everything" increasing charging for parking would seem a no brainer for this public airport but parking is free. The airport is whistle clean! Including the restrooms! I'm waiting for a flight to Vegas on this warm Sunday in January. Plenty of seating at the gate (both of them). When I was a kid I flew into some old, small, airports, nostalgic. This airport although small is classy. The Allegiant staff and airport staff have all been professional and in a neighborly way. My gripe is the Vending area/machines...really two of four were broken, none of them have the "price" you'll pay. Then it was a guessing game as to which flavor of sodas are remaining inside the machine. I'd suggest a new vender to replace the current company. Never the less it is what it is, I've seen American airlines will soon be competing for gate access, good for all of us. The restaurant Pepper Garcia's is pretty good, we often plan on a pre-flight snack. (see Yelp reviews). Safe Travels Martin Foodguy Thanks Martin-Foodguy

You could fly to Hawaii, San Francisco, Seattle, Colorado Springs, and Las Vegas nearly every day. Now not so much. In theory, you could get to the Midwest from here, but it would take some finagling. I think two airtime services at this airport now. After years of protest, you can now fly to connecting cities like Phoenix. PROS: Free parking! Local to Vandenberg Space Force Base. CONS: Limited flights to Las Vegas. Well there is a lot less CONS these days for this gateway these days

My When I initially booked this hotel reservation, the…read moreproperty appeared very different online than it did in person. online it showed a completely redone lobby and hotel accommodations with no documentation of the Hotel being under construction. Upon arrival, I discovered that the entire exterior and interior of the hotel was under incomplete construction, which was never properly disclosed. The lobby, dining area, and hallways were dusty, and construction noise began every morning at 7:00 AM. Once I got to my room, I quickly realized the air conditioning was not working. I called the front desk requesting that someone come up to address the issue. Shortly afterward, there was a knock at the door, and a small fan had simply been left on the floor outside my room. There was no explanation and no apology from the staff. When I attempted to address the issue further, I was met with arguments and excuses from management instead of customer service and professionalism. I specifically booked an ADA-accessible room because I am in a wheelchair. However, upon entering the room, I discovered that it did not have a walk-in shower. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Due to the situation, I had to spend the final two days in a standard room, and because of my spinal cord injury, I was unable to take a shower during that time. To make matters worse, all of the handicap parking spaces were completely blocked by construction bins and materials, creating additional accessibility issues throughout the stay. This hotel should not be operating under these conditions during major construction, especially while failing to properly accommodate guests with disabilities. The level of customer service from hotel management was unacceptable. At no point did I receive a sincere apology for the issues I experienced. Instead of putting the customer first, management chose to argue and justify the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the amount of money that my mother, brother, and I spent on our separate reservations during the two days we stayed there. I have never experienced customer service like this at any hotel before

DON'T STAY HERE! They are renovating and the items in the rooms aren't working including the TV. In…read morethe description on the website there is no where that it says that they are under construction. Walls are thin, can hear everything. We called the front desk and they lied and said they are having electrical issues and can only give free breakfast. I should have read the reviews before on here. They are renovating and no where on the site is said this. When we checked in, we were given a room where the appliances didn't work. We call the front desk and she said she couldn't give a discount because we booked on the Hotel App. But for the inconvenience she would give us free complimentary breakfast. After going back in forth I asked for another room. In the morning during check out I told the older lady that was at the front desk that the girl last night said she would give us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience last night and the older lady working said she didn't leave any notes or told her that we were to have free breakfast. Also the Wifi doesn't work. Again, So very unprofessional here. I highly recommend you don't stay here. Also the older lady had the audacity to say "Have a nice day"

You check in at the main office downtown, then hop on a tour bus to the ranch property. Our driver was super informative and entertaining along the way. The drive itself felt like part of the experience with bumpy ranch roads, multiple gates, gorgeous scenery, and a real behind the scenes feel of the property. Once you arrive, the staff gets you geared up with all the safety equipment and everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and great with all ages. After gearing up, you take an old Army style jeep up the mountain and that ride alone was an adventure Super rickety, steep, and fun! We felt very safe the entire time because before every single zip line, the staff carefully checked everyone's safety gear and connections. There are 6 zip lines total and each one is different with spectacular views that change throughout the course. One thing to know is that you should be in reasonably good shape because there are mini hikes between some of the zip lines. There are lots of water stations along the course, which was great, but the experience is definitely active and you do not want to hold up the group. Totally worth it though and such a memorable Central Coast adventure for families, couples, teens, and adventurous kids!

She was on time, but also flexible when she needed to be. She had to navigate Highway 41, a notoriously treacherous stretch of road with 15 MPH hairpin turns. My 85 year old mother, not one to randomly shower praise, said, "Taffy was outstanding. Friendly and concerned about our comfort, helping us get on the shuttle and offering us cold water. Best part, she made the ride very comfortable. She was very cautious and reduced speed considerably on the windy parts of the road - we did not feel like we had to hang on to something keep from slipping around in our seats. If you ever need to hire a shuttle again, I would request Taffy as the driver." I only wish my mother spoke as highly of me. Total cost for roundtrip transport for my situation was just under $180. On the day/time of my transport, I parked my car in the general airport parking lot (free). I had to fill out some paperwork because my car was going to be there for more than 2 weeks. Shuttle was ready at the scheduled time. We made stops in Buellton and a rest break in Ventura. Driver was good but spoke very little English. A/C was functioning properly as it was hot outside. There is no form of entertainment (TVs), outlets to charge your electronic devices (phone), or WiFi. This is definitely a good service for the cost.
