I see the contract and it's 120. I ask why and he said they only have them for 120. I sent him a pic of the advertisement for 100.00 For 10x20x9 and he said "nope didn't see it " sorry for your inconvenience. Well i didn't sign the doc for the service and Am renting a Unit for 125.00 10x20x9 but they were honest about it and didn't go change the prices and say they didn't see what I was talking about.

The original owners were extremely business oriented & loved having college students. However, the New Manager told me that the regular customers complained the students were getting a better deal & he said he agreed & would not be doing anything for students. I asked this question at the beginning of our conversation. It had been days since we moved out of the unit & we swept it clean prior. We had a student summer rental from May until Sept. All paid up front items had to be out by labor day. We moved out prior to the end of Aug. The manager first said he was keeping my deposit because I didnt give 30days before canceling the contract, I advised him & provided receipts that my contract was ONLY for said months & paid up front. I didnt have the option to extend it or do anything else. He then said well your unit isnt clean it has a sticker off a furnace in it & a marker. I said we did sweep the unit clean & it had been days since we left & also THIS WAS A COLLEGE STUDENTS STORAGE FROM HIS DORM! WE DIDNT HAVE A FURNACE IN THE UNIT!!! He said well im standing here and its in it. I asked him to send me a picture and he hung up and i haven't had any Communication since and he refused to refund my deposit!! I recommend No College Student Use this Facility!!!!

Movers showed up about an hour late on moving day. Apparently short-handed because one employee was…read morea no-show. I was moving a 3 bedroom home with a finished basement and it could not be done with only 2 guys. Finally a 3rd guy shows up and he's so obese he could barely get up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Kept whining about it every time he had to make a trip. He had a plumbers crack and every time he lifted a box he farted. Loudly. And it literally stunk up my house. Even the other movers were gagging. After almost 8 hrs they finally loaded up the trucks. Yes, trucks. Instead of sending a semi with a 48' trailer the sent two 24' trucks. Anyway, the next day they showed up on time for the delivery and had the trucks emptied in a couple of hours (they brought 6 guys this time). Even though the boxes were clearly marked, I am to this day finding boxes in the strangest places. Several boxes were crushed but the contents somehow survived. I went back to my old house to meet the cleaning crew and discovered on of the movers had used the upstairs bathroom (which is ok) but somehow managed to clog it up and it overflowed. Can you imagine the smell after the 5 days??? I was livid because I ended up having to clean it up myself. I discovered a recliner upstairs that had been left behind and had to fight with the owner, Doug, to get someone to come back and pick it up. Then I discovered damage on a wall and again got the run around. This time Doug says I have to pay the charges to have the left-behind chair. Then He hung up on me after I got upset with him. He's not used to people pushing back. Needless to say, I wouldn't use this moving company if you put a gun to my head.
